Great stay in great unit in great location.
Responsive and clear communication.
Nothing really. If I may suggest probably it's good to provide broom in the unit to allow the tenant ease the tenant to do basic floor cleaning during stays or check out.

Sehr gute Lage
Sehr gute Lage am Bahnhof Oerlikon (6 Minuten zum Hbf). Supermärkte und Discounter in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Bettwäsche war vorhanden, obwohl wir eigene dabei hatten, da die Leihbettwäsche eigentlich 100Chf kosten sollte und man das extra buchen musste, was wir für übertrieben teuer halten. Wohnung ist hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt per Booking Nachricht zu jeder Zeit. Kontakt und schlüsselloser Zugang.
Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig. Dies haben wir zurückgemeldet, wird hoffentlich behoben. Das mit der Bettwäsche hat uns verwundert. (Wahrscheinlich bezahlen die meisten, weshalb die Betten immer bezogen sind). Betten waren zu hart.

El apartamento es muy limpio, amplio y cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia.
Los costos de limpieza son exagerados, cuestan más incluso que los de la renta del apartamento.
