Delta Apartments - Baumackerstrasse - self check-in

I've already written a review of this property, because we stayed in this unit two separate times this summer. It is a solid budget choice if you need multiple bedrooms and a longer stay in the Zurich area. The management company Delta Apartments is great.

It needs a deep clean.

This is one of the best values in Zurich, which is why my family has stayed on this property multiple times over the last 6 years. (We used to live in the neighborhood and have friends nearby, which is another reason we have returned.) Compared to other places around Zurich, we feel like you can't beat the price of these units. Delta Apartments is very responsive and helpful. I knew the units get quite hot and I asked for them to provide fans as we were arriving during one of the major heat waves. They did, and we greatly appreciated it.

While the apartment presented tidy, I believe it needs a deep clean; the floors need an intense mopping. Also, the sofa was not so appealing. As previously mentioned, this building can get SUPER HOT in the summer. Because the building is near the Oerlikon train tracks, we chose to keep the windows closed at night to cut down on the trains' noise. We love the convenience of being near the Oerlikon train station, but we don't love the train noise at night.

Location near the train station was great.

- L'appartement est situé à côté des rails et de la route, c'est extrêmement bruyant - Le sol était très sale - on est en pleine canicule, il n'y avait qu'un petit ventilateur pour deux personnes (chambres séparées) - le balcon, présenté comme un atout, n'était pas du tout aménagé - Certaines pièces de mobilier étaient usées et abîmées - Les télécommandes de la télé ne marchaient pas
