Clean stat, needs some fixes
The property was clean, and we had a fairly okay stay, but I wish someone had checked the apartment before our arrival to ensure all amenities were functional. Unfortunately, there were a few issues: - The Wi-Fi never worked. - The kitchen lights were not functional. - The bathroom curtain rod was loose. A few other points to note: The apartment is on the 4th floor, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. It was extremely hot during our stay, and although we requested fans, none were available. I understand Switzerland is generally cool, but having a fan on hand would always be nice for guests — just a tip for the future. On the positive side, the team we spoke to was responsive and acknowledged the issues. Also offered 20 CHF voucher. This could be a great stay if the following are addressed: - Check and ensure basic amenities like lights and Wi-Fi are working before guests arrive. - Fix the bathroom curtain rod. - Keep a fan in the apartment for warmer days. Good points: - Clean bed linens. - Comfortable beds. - Grocery store right outside the apartment
