1. Man nepatika, ka netika norādīta ielas numurs. 2. Vannā un vannasistabas izlietnei ūdens slikti gāja prom. Sen nav tīrītas kanalizācijas caurules. 3. Grīda nebija izmazgāta, tikai izsūkta, jo zeķes jau pirmajā vakarā staigājot pa telpu bija netīras. 4. Bija skaļi no ielas puses, jo tuvu vilciena stacija un garām braukāja tramvajs.
