Overpriced, dirty, noisy (the apartment we got was right under one where they were renovating) and very close to no kitchen utensils.

Automated communication and check in worked fine. Located right at Oerlikon station, convenient walking distance to the fair (Halle 550). Kitchenette is a plus. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Iron and hair dryer included. For Zürich measures price was ok. But thats about all positive features that I can find. Furniture is simple and worn off (see photos). The fake leather of the couch stuck to my body after getting up. Very hot in summer, noise of the station starting at 5pm was perceived incredibly loud in the apartment (literally like the train would be crossing the flat). Building kind of dodgy (but friendly) as well, resident neighbour doors open and chatting across the hallway. This place has no intention to provide a pleasant stay, but just tp provide a bed in a traffic wise good location. Ok for a night if you have to go to Halle 550, but dont expect much.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door.

Location was good but the condition of the stay is poor. The shower head was blocked so there was zero pressure , made it impossible to shower properly. The worst thing was the duvet. It was a single duvet but placed horizontal on the bed so it covered the bed (almost) side to side , obviously it wasn’t a double duvet. Thankfully two of us were only there to sleep a few hours since the flight was early in the morning . But the lack of a proper double duvet is really ridiculous, especially when booking we said 2 occupants !

This property was well served by the No 11 tram into the city and there are many shops and restaurants nearby in the Zuri 11district. The property is clean and the bedding was fresh. However if you wanted to cook a one pot meal that was fine as there was only one cooking pot, if you wanted tea and toast in the morning you could have the toast as there was a toaster but no kettle meant no tea and while all the beds had table lamps at the bedside not all of them had wall sockets so could not be switch on. It was ok as a place to sleep but eat out.

This property was well served by the No 11 tram into the city and there are many shops and restaurants nearby in the Zuri 11district. The property is clean and the bedding was fresh. The place is easy to find. It doesn't have parking but the closest metro station is less than 5 mins away. There are markets and restaurants around. Street parking on blue lines are free from 7 pm to 8 am. there are few cheap parking garages nearby. The apartment was on the ground floor so you will hear commotions. It has one bathroom for three bedrooms so it was little inconvenient.

Lovely large and bright apartment close to the trains. Very spacious. Two toilets and full bathroom. Only negative was dishwasher which had smelly water in the base. We tried to do a cycle to flush out old water but didn't clear it. I think the dishwasher was broken.

Someone will call you to pay by the credit card and give you the key local number. There is no reception, so you must remember the key lock password to get the key. The facilities like nice but everything is not working probably..

Apartment nice and spacious, and great location. Kitchen well supplied, and furniture basic but comfortable. But several problems: hair dryer supplied had EU plug, incompatible with Switzerland receptacles!!; couldn't get on the internet, and call centre very unhelpful; floor was dirty; bathroom sink leaked and was coming off wall; no information folder present, even though was promised; only 4 coat hangers.

Great location. Apartment was very spacious for family with kids. Only issues were no microwave as advertised and fridge not cooling due to door seal that need replacing while freezer is covered with frost.

It was really close to the train station and a short ride from the airport. It is true that it can be loud since there is no AC and you must sleep with the windows open. If you aren't accustomed to outside noise then maybe bring ear plugs or something to help block out the noise. The three bedroom was very spacious and clean. We only stayed one night so we did not use the kitchen, but it looked nice.
