Calm and quiet, yet not far away from important places.

It's a small, cozy apartment with all the essentials you would need. It's in a quiet place with not much traffic so you won't be disturbed, but at the same time you can reach important places (grocery stores, restaurants, transit hubs) on foot in less than 20 minutes.

Unacceptable behavior

Location

I am writing to formally complain about the completely unacceptable conditions during my recent stay at your property in Zurich. From the very first day, the Wi-Fi in my room did not work at all. I immediately reported the issue, yet throughout my entire stay nothing was fixed. Every day I was told, “we will take care of it,” but no one ever actually addressed the problem. This was not just an inconvenience — it was essential. I clearly explained that my wife is pregnant and that we required a stable internet connection for a scheduled video call with our doctor. Despite the seriousness of the situation, your staff showed no urgency and took zero real action to resolve it. In addition, the toilet seat was broken, which is unacceptable for any room, let alone one that guests pay full price for. The bedding was also inadequate, with only a very thin duvet provided and no additional blankets available upon request. This is far below the basic standards expected from any professional accommodation. Overall, the lack of responsibility, failure to provide essential amenities, and complete disregard for guest concerns made this stay highly disappointing and unprofessional. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and ensure these issues are addressed immediately so future guests do not face the same problems.

Da hat sich jemand bemüht, ein Appartement modern und zweckmässig einzurichten. Und das ist auch schon alles.

Bad: Unzureichende Reinigung, Kalkflecken am Wasserhahn und Waschbeckenabfluss, Urinfleck am Toilettensitz, kein Duschvorleger, Abfluss in Dusche und Waschbecken nicht gereinigt, daher schlechter Wasserabfluss und Überschwemmung im Bad beim Duschen, nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier für 4 Ü und 2 Gäste, abgebrochener Handtuchhalter, dreckiger Duschabzieher Küche: Spülbecken nicht gereinigt und voller Kalkflecken. Zur Selbstreinigung lagen ein benutzter Schwamm und ein benutztes Mikrofasertuch bereit. nur eine Tasse für 2 Gäste, Wasserkocher defekt, keine Küchenhandtücher oder als Ersatz Küchenrolle, auch keine Information, dass das mitgebracht werden soll Bett: eine frisch bezogene Decke für 2 Gäste, eine 2. Decke haben wir zerknüllt - nicht gefaltet!- im Schrank gefunden. entsprechend muffig roch der Bezug. Ob der Geruch vom fehlenden frischen Bezug oder von der Lagerung im Schrank kam, kann ich nicht beurteilen, beides ist vollkommen indiskutabel. Balkon: sollte vorhanden sein, war aber nicht Wir haben die ersten Mängel -Reinigung der Toilette und der Waschbecken, frische Bettwäsche, defekter Wasserkocher- reklamiert, bekamen aber nur eine müde elektronische Entschuldigung. Fazit: ABSOLUT NICHT EMPFEHELNSWERT!

Ganz schlecht

Die Lage.

Wir waren zu zweit. Es gab aber nur eine Bettdecke. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Toilettenbürste und der Toilettendeckel war kaputt, so dass man sich,wenn man sich draufsetzt, sich verletzen kann. In der Küche gibt es keinen Wasserkocher, nur einen Topf, der völlig verbrannt ist.

Die Lage war gut beschrieben, praktisch eingerichtet.

Die Fenster standen offen, es war kalt. Die Vorhänge hatten Flecken. Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht. Topf nicht induktionsgeeignet. Duschwand stark verkalkt und in der Dusche rötliche Ränder. Ständig wurden neue Mails mit neuen Informationen gesendet.

Péssima roupa de cama. Não havia coberta suficiente. Pedi e não disponibilizaram Toalhas antigas. Só tinha toalha de banho. Não tinha toalha para mãos e rosto. Esponja de limpeza velha e suja. Não havia pano de prato. Forno sujo. Abrimos o forno e tinha mal cheiro. Crostas de comida na bandeja. Quem fez a limpeza não abriu o forno. Metais da pia do banheiro sujos. Assento sanitário quebrado. Não tem uma cafeteira. Não tem uma chaleira elétrica. Não tem microondas. Não tem onde esquentar leite. Não tem uma lixeira no banheiro. Demorou para informar sobre o checkin. Limpeza ruim. Apesar de só permitirem o checkin a partir de 16:00 e o checkout ser até 10:00. Sendo pequeno, o apartamento poderia ter sido limpo melhor no tempo disponível. Geladeira e forno mal limpos. Varanda com guimbas de cigarros. Sem sabão para a máquina de lavar louça nem detergente. Toalhas velhas e manchadas. Não tem panelas. Só tem uma chave, o que limita a saída do casal separadamente.

La posizione era vicina al centro di Oerlikon, l’appartamento carino

Purtroppo le lenzuola non erano state cambiate ed erano sporche e piene di peli e capelli, ho chiesto se c’era la possibilità di ricevere lenzuola pulite e non mi sono state fornite. La tavoletta del bagno era spaccata, e quindi non poteva essere utilizzata, anche il lavandino non era pulito.
