spacious apartment but limited accessibility
I liked the swift reply via the app's messaging system and the kindness of the staff. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, which was great.
The check-in process needs significant improvement. Guests should be informed in advance if there are issues with their online check-in. I met several other guests who were unable to enter the property for the same reason. The automated emails aren't helpful because they don't specify why a check-in is incomplete. I ended up stuck outside in the cold for an hour and had to ask strangers for a Wi-Fi hotspot just to resolve the issue. Additionally, travelers should be aware that the location is a long walk from the bus stop, which is difficult when carrying luggage or stuff. There is also no elevator on the property. This really should be mentioned in the description so guests can prepare.

Exactly as the pictures, close to public transport, but 3rd floor without lift
The apartment is like the photos, and wifi was good! Public transport is walkable, and it is easy to go and come back even late at night. Street parking is easy, though we didn't use it. Rooms are quiet, and beds were very comfortable.
No lift, had to climb 3 floors with luggage. It's slightly far from major tourist areas, so you need to account for that when planning your outings. Be sure to look out for the message from Booking/Property for a pre-check-in deposit. You won't get the room key without it. Only stating it here as some people miss that, and then can't get in.

A Good Stay
Homey location. A nice apartment with basic amenities. I like the option of being able to prepare my own meals. It is also close to a supermarket. This was a plus. The bus is accessible and train station is a short distance but walking if you are up to it. There is a field nearby so good for people with children. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. A fridge and coffee machine was useful. The host even provided salt and sugar along with coffee pods.
It was on the 4th floor. So not ideal is we had mobility issues. No television. No tourist information to provide guidance to visitors. This would have been useful. There was limited toilet paper and no stock was available on site. No ironing board.

1) die Adresse wurde nach check in Zeit gändert 2) Das Apartment war in einem schreklichem Zustand mit Schimmel und teilweise ohne Boden, die Möbel war dreckig, hat überhaupt nicht die Fotos entsprochen 3)Auf meine Beschwerden haben die Managern angeboten Apartment zu stornieren(um 22 Uhr Abends für 5 Personen) und danach als "nette Geste" haben das Apartment gewechselt. Für das Geld, was wir bezahlt haben war es einfach unverschämt und extrem unprofesionell
