Not worth it, at all. Misleading.

Got offered some discount on my parking spot. Which was overpriced anyhow.

Suffocating room. Very late check-in and not a smooth process at all. A lot of missinformation provided which made the whole experience tiring. Missing shampoo in the room. A microwave that serves for nothing. Cutlery that cannot be used for anything. Receptionist not professional.. It gave me the feeling this is not a hotel nor an apartment, but charges you for a mixed experience of both but none of it lives up to expectations. Location is horrible. Very loud trains moving by, and airplane landing and take off could be heard all day all night due to close proximity with airport. Avoid.

The place good for couples not Family

The location was 10 minutes away from the airport. It was safe place.

The rooms I booked were very small, the beds wasn’t enough for 2 adults & 1 child guests. There were no place for our luggage so we can open it. No kitchen available on the room , the kitchen was shared on the 7th floor which was very difficult for us to take our staff.

Very clean, washing machines + dryers were very useful, great facilities, and fantastic location right next to train station - 2 minute walk

Very hard to sleep with the heat - the aircon wasn’t too effective and the room still felt like it was 25 degrees. I think good aircon is the most important thing!

Good location, very poor cleanliness in all public areas

The apartments are close to the train and tramway stations. They can easily be reached from the airport, and the S-Bahn allows you to travel to virtually every part of Zürich without the need to drive. The host or a representative replied quickly to my messages. However, they cannot do much to improve the situation.

The lobby of the apartment building was under renovation, with dust everywhere, dirty carpets, beer cans and trash outside, tenants playing loud music in the evening, and smoking marijuana. The carpets in the corridors and elevators were dirty, too. In my room, the door to the toilet was broken and labeled like that; it was impossible to close it, and, according to the label, it posed a risk. Why would you rent a room with a broken door? The trash bin in the toilet was also broken. It was all reported, and the bin was "repaired" - the lid was somehow fixed, only to fall off when the bin was used. There is a gym in the facility. I used it three times in the morning. The ventilation was obviously nonexistent. A small box of disinfectant wipes was there only to be used and not replenished. The two mats were quite worn and beaten. A perilous situation arose when one of the mats, the one in better condition, was used. It does not stick to the floor; it is incredibly slippery, and one can fall and injure himself/herself.

Great location, clean apartment, and smooth self check-in

The property is located in the same building as Vision Apartments Glattbrugg, where I have previously stayed, and it offers the same convenience and accessibility. It’s just a short 2-minute walk to the nearest station and approximately 10 minutes to Zürich Main Station, making it an excellent location. It’s situated in a calm, quiet area slightly away from the city center, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. The self check-in process is straightforward and efficient. There is currently renovation work underway in the reception area, so there’s no formal front desk. However, assistance is available from the staff at the bar and restaurant on the 7th floor. While they are not part of the official reception team I believe, but they were extremely helpful and courteous when I needed support with booking and general inquiries. I booked a studio apartment, which was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. While the unit did not include a stove, everything else was thoughtfully provided. I was especially pleased to find that the air conditioning worked perfectly during the summer heat, adding to the overall comfort. The common sitting areas, both in the lobby and outside, were nicely arranged and provided a relaxed atmosphere to unwind.

The only downside was that the studio felt a bit compact if you have a lot of luggage, and early check-in wasn’t possible even with early access. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

Comfortable and a quite location

i adored the self check in. As well the check out. Everything arrived on time in my email box. I had all the information needed to access my parking and room. I felt comfortable. The room was clear and the location great. I did not noticed the rest of the hotel since from the parking i went directly to my room. The entrance was with a code which was sent in my email before ny arrival.

Relatively close to the airport. It has a restaurant but I haven’t tried it, also some public spaces, spacious lounge. Access in and out is all based on codes.

Noisy because of the train line in the back of the building, doors tend to slam, the entire building and room facilities are worn. Difficult staff by email. No VAT back because of ridiculous arguments. Not dirty but not very clean also. In the room there is a permanent noise from the ventilation system that cannot be stopped. Really annoying over night. Expensive parking, I was asked to pay it in advance, they refused to send me invoice initially, I had to call. Even now they have not sent me the invoice for the room. The parking invoice doesn’t seem to be legitimate as it does not have any number or any way to trace it. Connect the dots yourself. Dubious inhabitants. Don’t stay on train side of the building.

Good if you use it as a hotel - but its unoractucal to use as a living place

Great location, next to the train station. Automatic easy check-in, modern, clean room, comfortable bed abd nice extra: little gym and sauna/turkish bath

The spa area was sometimes not running anymore in the evening although info said its open till 11pm. But anyways do not waste your time going there after 7pm or before 10am, they should really make a quick cleaning check riwards the evening cause it was discusting. People used the place as a party zone - i arrived there once at 8am in the morning: dirty towels all over the place, empty beer bittles, cigarette ashes etc… and don‘t even think to have a towel there. Another thing: its called vision apartmens but 90% of the places are just hotelroom with a microwave… also you have in the room cuttlery, plates etc buuut nothing to clean them. No towel, no soap etc. I did not understand what was the thought process there. You spill something: you clean it with toiletpaper or a towel :-/

I don’t care how beautiful the property is. If you invade my privacy, it is a major violation.

Customer service was very poor - they said they would send someone to clean the room but no one came. And there was a major violation to my privacy during my stay at this place. I got in at 11pm at this place and went straight to work. I work online and that night my work was from 11pm - 6am the following day. So I was sleeping deeply the following day when someone banged on my door very very loudly. I thought it was just room service so I said no I don’t need it. But they kept banging on my door and then continued to open the door. When they did that I yelled DO NOT COME IN I’m naked!!!! But they still came in. It was 2 men needing to do a repair in the bathroom. My luggage got lost in transit so I didn’t have any clothes that night and I slept naked. And two men came into my room without my consent. Even after I yelled DO NOT come in!!! No one informed me that someone was coming to do any repairs. I was in a deep sleep trying to recover from a full day of traveling plus hours of working in the middle of the night and they disrupted my sleep plus invaded my privacy. I’ve traveled for many many years and this is the first time this has happened to me. I informed management and all they said was sorry and that they’ll send someone to clean my room. When I came baxk later, my room wasn’t even clean. No one came to clean my room. So do me a favor, DO NOT book this place. Your safety is in danger, plus they don’t even deliver on basic promises like room service. They said they’ll have someone clean my room and they didn’t. Also, check out time is 10am. What place has Chris out at 10am?!?! I’ve traveled to so many places around the world and check out is at the very least, 11am and you can usually ask for at least an hour extension to your check out time. But they won’t give me even just an extra hour. They want to charge me 40CHF to check out an hour later. This place is a joke and it’s NOT SAFE.

Very good - did the job but not anything exceptional!

Rooms were nice and modern and look exactly like the pictures. The shower and other appliances were good, with lots of plugs and other handy equipment, including crockery and kitchenware.

When we arrived, the room we were meant to be checking into hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants had been in it. Whilst sorted within 10 minutes on the online chat with the host, it wasn’t the ideal start. There was also no formal luggage storage, instead just leaving suitcases out in the restaurant upstairs. We took all our valuables with us to be more certain, but it wasn’t ideal.

Very convenient one or two- night stop-over

Very convenient - right next to a transport hub. Very clean. Supportive mattress. Helpful staff. Good shower. Good facilities for preparing and eating food. Breakfast buffet on 7th floor good value for money

Room too warm. Air conditioning was a mystery! The room was very compact (and this was a small upgrade). WC and wash area very small. Wash basin poorly designed - surrounds quickly became wet. The bed was quite hard.

After seven nights of stay I left the hotel deprived of sleep and quite disappointed.

On the good side I must say that Marco Gerber is great host. Problems that he could solved were solved quickly. Also the hotel lounge, restaurant on the seventh floor and big laundry are big pluses to my overly disappointing stay in this hotel. Bed is relatively comfortable and kitchen is well equipped with enough dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, microwave, proper fridge and freezer. The kitchen is probably the best part of my stay there. Also cable TV is quite solid one with around 100 channels which was important for me so I could watch Formula 1 race and Roland-Garros grand slam during my stay.

Let's start from the bathroom. Tap was launched into my stomach when I turned on faucet under high pressure. I got completely soaked but at least I fixed tap myself so it didn't get repeated. Beside that, water from shower was streaming literally into the room under cabin's door, so after first such experience I had to always leave one big towel on the floor to prevent it from happening the next time. Under the shower water temperature was highly varying for the same tap position - from freezing to unbearably hot. Room was also missing hair dryer and although I complained about it, I didn't get one during my 7 nights long stay. Air conditioning didn't work or worked at some kind of default mode, but it wasn't enough. I tried to leave window open but noise from the outside was huge (airport, train station, tram stations) which made sleeping almost impossible over the night. When I slept with closed window then already at the dawn (beginning of June) it was too hot so I couldn't have proper sleep again. Two cups in the kitchen were not washed properly and there were visible traces of coffee on them. Gym is on the seventh (top) floor and in the afternoon there was so hot. It seemed as air conditioning didn't work in gym either. I had to go there after midnight when temperature was less or more bearable. After one of those workouts I followed procedure and I left my used towel in the gym's basket. Anyway, when old towels were replaced in my room, I didn't get the new one for the towel disposed in gym. When it comes to towel's replacement and room cleaning it took around five days for my room to be cleaned so I was already missing clean towels and dust was just all around. False fire alarms were also issue and I experienced one of them. There was also loss of WiFi on 6th floor which lasted for several hours, but after complaint the WiFi problem was resolved after couple of hours.

De ligging is heel fijn, metro is vlakbij en het vliegveld ook. De kamers zijn schoon.

De kamers waren erg warm, we waren er eind december. We probeerde de temperatuur te verlagen maar het werkte niet De self check-in ging ook minder soepel dan we dachten. We konden onze baggage achterlaten op de bovenste verdieping, maar er stond helemaal niemand bij. We bleven wachten tot dat we iemand konden vragen of we goed zaten.

He pedido ampliar la habitación de dos para tres personas, me han cobrado para ello, pero nos tocó una habitación de una cama sin más, y ni siquiera nos habían añadido una almohada, manta, toalla y accesorios para el baño. Tras la petición nos han dado otras almohadas y manta, pero las toallas, champu, nada. Hay que tener en cuenta que el jabón y champú es solo para el día de entrada. Las toallas no sé cambian. Habrá que secarlas como se pueda. Y si dejas las maletas antes de chekin, o después, ten en cuenta que se quedan en un bar sin vigilancia, sin preguntar ni siquiera quien eres. También recalcar que las instalaciones son bastante antiguas. Ahh y el lavavajillas mejor no abrirlo, huele, que apesta.

Šváby na pokoji, pokoj při příjezdu neuklizen, vybavení v kuchyni žádné, personál se tvářil jako by nás tam absolutně nechtěl. Ani jednou za pobyt u nás nikdo nebyl uklidit, vyměnit ručníky nebo doplnit šampon či toaletní papír. V okolí hotelu až na blízkou zastávku vlaku a letiště nic nenajdete. Pro všechno budete muset jezdit do centra.

Una soluzione piuttosto valida se si vuole risparmiare un po’, senza rinunciare alla comodità.

Anche se appena fuori dal centro, con il treno a 2 minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale in solo 10 minuti. Molto comodo il self check-in, anche se non sfruttati, la struttura presenta diversi servizi.

Darei maggiore flessibilità con l’orario del check-in, perché anche nel caso in cui la camera fosse pronta prima delle 15, tu non hai modo di poter entrare perché il codice che ti forniscono non funziona.

Tolles Ambiente mit Luft nachleben in Bezug auf Reinlichkeit

Das moderne Design, eine gute Location in der 7. Etage wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen und auch mal ein Frühstück, oder auch Mittag oder Abendessen zu sich nehmen kann. Nette Bedienung die einem auch bei Fragen weiter hilft. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts.

Leider waren Teppich und Boden nicht ganz sauber, es war sehr sandig. Es lagen noch Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Boden und im Bad. Im Bad, welches sehr schwarz gehalten ist, was ich optisch schön finde, gibt es einige Stockflecken. Also durch die Feuchtigkeit etwas Schimmel. Auch sehr viele mittlerweile braune Kalkrückstände, was leider unschön ist und wo durch warmes duschen auch Sporen von Schimmel eingeatmet werden können.

Llegamoy despues de conseguir que nos facilitasen el codigo de la habitacion, entramos y la habitacion estaba usada con las camas sin hacer y con el baño hecho un desastre. Por otra parte el ambiente de las personas que se alojaban era variopinto, desde personas que llegaban del aeropuerto por su cercania, hasta mujeres de una clasificacion dudosaporque parecia que tenian ese lugar como centro de citas.
