Very convenient location for the train station and the old city and its landmarks and the lake. Room was clean and functional. Had floor to ourselves so felt quite private. Microwave and coffee machine downstairs were useful. Bathroom was clean

The friendly staff showed us to our room and explained everything. The place is right in the heart of the vibrant old town, which was great for us to explore. We stayed on a Saturday night, so it was noisy, but this is what we had imagined and so was no problem. Its great value for money. Clean and central. Shared bathroom was very clean during our stay. The room was warm with a good heat pump. The free coffee machine made good coffee. I would stay again.

One small improvement would be to fix the window so that it properly seals. This would help to reduce the street noise for those with more sensitive ears than mine.

Overall, the place is good!

The location is perfect. You can use their washing machine and dryer. The place was small and tidy. Some staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They have pantry area where you can have coffee or tea while waiting for your laundry to finish. The bathroom outside was small enough for one person and the toilet is really small.

One of the biggest attractions of SleepandGo is its extremely convenient location. Situated in the heart of Zurich, the hotel guarantees maximum ease of getting around, being very close to the main train station. Furthermore, the central location allows guests to fully enjoy Zurich's nightlife.

The hotel's structure presents some drawbacks. The lack of an elevator can be a significant problem, especially for guests with a lot of luggage. Furthermore, the shared bathroom is a negative point, as the inconsiderate use by some guests often leads to delays and inconveniences for others. Finally, the noise from the nightlife in the area is intense and may bother guests sensitive to noise.

A simple but well-located stay

The location is excellent! Right in the city center, just about a 5-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station and surrounded by a lively street atmosphere. The place itself is very simple, but if you’re just looking for a decent spot to sleep, it’s totally worth it.

I stayed in a room on the third floor, and since it’s an old central building, there’s no elevator. After a long day walking around the city, climbing all those stairs can feel a bit too much.

The location was very good, it was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. The staff were nice. Considering Zürich is really expensive it was affordable. We had to share the bathroom but that was fine, as clean and had really hot water.

There were a lot of stairs to the third floor and we had a heavy suitcase ( which the staff helped us with), I expect you could request a lower floor? They said it could be noisy and supplied earplugs but it was a quiet evening and as it was cool we had our windows shut.

Hotel location is less than 5 mins walk to the trams. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket within minutes walk from hotel.

Too near to restaurants, bars. My room was next to the street very noisy and noise continued to late hours. Hotel has no lifts, need to carry luggages up narrow staircases. Interior looks like they need maintenance.

Perfect location

The location is surrounding with restaurant..train and perfect location for traveling around or waking around to the attraction place.

During the summer time, the room can be stuffy. Even with fan but it doesn't help too much. The building without escalator so if it is with heavy luggage this can be challenge if staying on the top floor and the staircase is small. Overall value for a short stay.

The rooms were comfortable. The facilities were kept clean. The location was convenient for the station, restaurants and bars.

Some of the fixtures: The towel rail in one of the bathrooms was loose. The toilet seats were not fastened properly. The bedside cabinet was falling apart and the top had cup stains on it.

The host was so accomodating and the amenities were all in great condition. Perfect location in the city. Such a comfy and cosy sleep, perfect for a quick stopover in Zurich. Will definitely be back if we return to Zurich!

Free coffee & the owner even gave me free detergent to wash clothes and said i can use their washing machine but then i did not did not coz it was too late for me to wash. Not noisy at all as i was reading that street was noisy. We as a family of 4 was vey happy we stayed here.

Location and price.

Lugging suitcases up 4 steep flights of stairs, lucky hosts helped. The walls don't seem to keep out noise and some crowds at some stage but didn't need the ear plugs provided.

Great Location to the city with plenty of food and drink options just outside the place. Also good to have a microwave and coffee machine.

Hallways stunk of smoke. Showers were extremely small, could barely fit under them. There was no place to store luggage for the day and stairs felt very unsafe.

Great place, perfect location

I stayed in a single room. Great room with a nice view and comfortable bed. Enough space for one person, my room even had a desk with a chair. Everything was really clean. The location is also perfect in the city center very close to the train station. I stayed from Sunday to Monday. The staff were really nice and helpful, they offered earplugs for free (although I might say it was not noisy at all tbh). If your room is located in an upper floor, mind the steps.
