The property was modern and comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Bed reasonably comfortable and the air conditioning made it pleasant to sleep in the summer heat. The owner was very responsive when I let him know that the hot water was off and gave instructions on resetting the thermostat and we had hot water. Immediately. The parking for the city escalator is up the road which was very useful to get into Orvieto which is a truly beautiful and clean town.

It was rather hot downstairs without air conditioning. It might be a good idea to have a fan to help with the heat. As the property does not have signage outside it was a little tricky to find, perhaps the name of the apartment should be clearly displayed. It is disappointing to find as a non Italian speaker that the TV is on a different WiFi to the guest WiFi which means casting Prime etc is not feasible.
