Wonderful

I liked everything about the property. First of all our host was wonderful. He was so easy to communicate with. We had a very difficult time getting in our flight was delayed 10 hours. I was concerned that we would have difficulty checking in. We did not. He walked us through the entire process helped us find a place to park. We were so pleasantly surprised when we got to the property. It was one of those rare occasions where the actual property was nicer than the pictures.

The weather could’ve been better. I don’t think I will come back to Italy in February. I didn’t realize how many restaurants and shops were closed during the month.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay in the Corso Cavour apartment in Orvieto! The location was central to everything we wanted to see and yet very quiet and private. You are steps from a market and a short stroll from the Duomo. Shops and restaurants are all very close. We loved the balcony for people watching, especially when events would let out from the theater across the street. Having a washing machine was a huge perk for our family. Communication from Valerie was excellent. We were greeted by Roberta who was so friendly and helpful! She welcomed us as though we were old friends. We hope to return to Orvieto someday soon!

A slightly bigger couch or an additional comfy chair in the living space would be a wonderful addition!

We had a great stay in a beautiful city and would love to visit again.

Centrally located apartment with a short walk to all Orvieto has to offer. The apartment is a well designed space and ideal for our stay. We would have no hesitation in staying again. Valerie and Roberta were very helpful and communicated well.

Amazing apartment with modern, unique and interesting design in a historical building. Location is perfect in the heart of Orvieto. The host Valerie is very helpful and she provided clear information on driving to the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and is highly recommended.

Our stay was relaxing and it was made easy to take in Orvieto’s sites staying in the accommodation.

The apartment is a beautiful, located in an architecturally historical building in the absolute centre of Orvieto. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our stay.

Beautiful apartment, well situated but can become noisy when the theatre is busy

Beautiful apartment, nicely situated to visite Orvieto, there was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the parking when we arrived but there is actually a big parking about 100m away from the flat (don't count on the free parking places below the apartment that are always taken). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The person welcoming us didn't speak a good English making it difficult to get replies to our questions. However she made her best efforts. The washing machine is great to have but a cleaning of the soap dispenser is well overdue, we decided against using it. The apartment becomes VERY noisy when there is something happening at the theatre as there is no soundproofing. It's okay other evenings.

The architectural features are lovely and it is quite spacious. The location is wonderful and it feels very private because the place has its own entrance right from the street. Loved the suspended stairs.

Great option in the heart of Orvieto!

Great location, in the heart of everything. A/C (in both bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen area) was a lifesaver in the 100 degree temps. Valerie and Roberta were both great to deal with. Tip - make sure the windows are closed otherwise the a/c doesn't work. The tiny balcony was a nice addition. It was quiet at night but because it's across from a theater, if there was a performance, it might be a bit noisy but we had no issues. If you have mobility issues or young kids, you might note that the stairs (a set from the street to the main living room/kitchen area and then from that level to the bedrooms/bathroom) don't have railings. That's the only part I didn't love. Lots of thoughtful touches, coffee pods for the machine, coffee for a moka pot provided, water in the fridge upon arrival.

Railings along the stairs would have been better.

It was a fabulous time.

The spacious living room was exactly what we needed. Everything was in good repair and we made use of the clothes washer. It was a wonderful apartment for us.

You really had to slam that front door to get it closed. No big deal.

Appartamento in centro fronte Teatro Marcinelli, 200mt dalla Torre del Moro, 500mt dal Duomo di Orvieto. Insomma nel cuore di Orvieto una splendida soluzione ampia e accogliente dotata di ogni comfort Pulizia al top, ordinato Ci ha accolto Roberta ottima host gentile disponibile e molto esaustiva nel consigliarci location da visitare o locali dove degustare le prelibatezze del posto

Un appartamento fuori dal comune!!! É tutto molto di design, funzionale e perfettamente pulito. Posizione praticamente in centro. Camere molti grandi ed é fresco anche durante le torride giornate di Agosto. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Orvieto.
