A comfortable place to stay in the heart of Orvieto. A good choice for the Winter Jazz Festival.

There were many things to like about the apartment. The location was fantastic. The apartment is modern, and everything works! Although very cold outside, the heaters provided much-needed warmth. The bed was super comfortable. The place was super quiet up until the last evening...

The place sleeps 4, but it needs to be clearer that the sofa is the bed for 2. The two guests who sleep on the sofa must go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. We had to get a hotel room for the one night that our friends joined us: at 70 years old, it's not the way to share a bathroom! Family members or young people! It just needs to be clearer. The place was quiet up until the last night. Someone checked in upstairs or somewhere and on the morning of the 1st of January, they were up cleaning, moving furniture etc. at 7 a.m. in the morning. We had gone to sleep at 2 a.m. That was frustrating!

Good location - clean and spacious apt - would book again

Central location in the old town - close to everything - grade level entrance - no stairs - safe entry - large apt with full kitchen and washing machine - comfortable bed - also close to railway station - taxi ride from apt to station - 20 euro - best to pre-book - don’t need taxi for location if bags not heavy - can take funicular and bus or walk

All was fine - the apt does not have a balcony - which some people like - but for me - that wasn’t important

Nice place but needs better customer service.

Great location. Easy access to buses, restaurants and the main streets of Orvieto. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Bathroom was very clean and bed was quite comfortable.

The customer service was quite lacking. The property manager was not very helpful. She stayed less than 5 minutes, never introduced herself and spoke in Italian not asking if we spoke Italian. She registered our passports, gave us a paper with the Wi-Fi password, checkout time and contact phone numbers. Never told us where to leave keys, also no information on how to use the washing machine . TV in bedroom did not work. Never checked in with us during our stay.

Towels and bedding could be nicer. Smelled a little musty and closed up.

The cleanliness, comfy bed, spaciousness. Photos don't really do it justice.

Getting locked out of the front door and locked in behind the security gate whilst hanging out laundry!! More of a warning to others to always have the keys with you!

Principalmente la pulizia e l’ordine è ciò che mi interessa maggiormente e che ho riscontrato a pieno nell’appartamento. Non è l’unica qualità poiché è anche ben attrezzata, arreda e con un ottima posizione dal centro, ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Purtroppo muffa, soprattutto in camera. Comprendiamo che trattasi di stabile antico ma una raschiata alle pareti e un'imbiancata sono necessari.
