Nice apartment but bad service.
A very nice and spacious apartment in an old, authentic building, on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Newly renovated, comfortable beds and pillows. Good linens, freshly scented. Good air conditioning and heating in February. The long balcony offers a beautiful view of the church. That's where the pros end.
The lady who gave us the keys was very unfriendly. She didn't turn on the hot water, and we had to wait until late at night to take a shower. The apartment lacked basic cleaning supplies: no shampoo, no shower gel, and no hair conditioner. There were no sponges for the kitchen. The woman who gave us the keys suggested we use an old, worn-out dish sponge lying under the sink.There's no iron or slippers in the apartment (the floor is cold tile). She didn't clean it properly: black hairs were found in the bathroom. We also found hairs on a plate and a mug. A dog howled outside the window at night, making it impossible to sleep. The woman didn't answer our questions and frequently hung up. She refused our request to leave our suitcases for a couple of hours. She said guests were arriving soon, but as we watched, the guests never arrived. This was a negative attitude toward customers. It was very unfriendly. The woman was completely unhelpful. The apartment was generally nice, but the service was disappointing.
