Exceptional Affordable and in the heart of Orvieto Bravissimo!

Lydia’s apartment was immaculate and in the heart of Orvieto ! Literally out the front door and everything seemed to be steps away .The sower was very hot and tons of pressure .The tv had the you tube station so checking back in on your hometown regardless of where you came from was a plus! The value for our stay versus any other Orvieto hotel was a bargain. The money we saved paid for our dinners and wine each night !

Great choice.

Great location, the Duomo, Clock Tower,funicular bus drop off , PAM grocery store,great La Grotta restaurant just across the street. I was surprised, there’s two bedrooms, large dining room,large living room. I love the Bells ringing.lots of storage closets, beautiful woodwork all over, real wood floors. Great Hostess. Washing machine is great. Everything about this place is great, it feels so much at home.

The crowd seems a little noisy, but, understandable , given the centralized location.

Short stay in Orvieto

Beautiful apartment right in the centre of Orvieto. Accommodation had all facilities you could need including portable fans. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very generous and welcome breakfast provisions left for us on arrival. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in lovely Orvieto.

Bit of a walk to the parking at bottom of the lifts to the upper town, particularly if bringing a lot of luggage.

Perfect location, perfect apartment, host must change her attitude to keep people from going back

Excellent location with the exception of Saturday night, the noise was unbearable from the party goers. apart from this beautiful spacious apartment.

even though the host said we were perfect guests, the same cannot be said about the host, we had an ironing table without an iron, and the explanation was a little sad, the iron was broken and getting fixed, no thought for us on holidays on how we were to iron our clothes, if i had to score points on the host they would be 2 out of 10.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location!

- Perfect location (Across from two restaurants and a supermarket, one block from the main stretch, and a few blocks from the Duomo) - Beautiful, spacious apartment (two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom with laundry room, all beautiful decorated) - Fully stocked (Snacks, coffee, water, laundry detergent, toiletries, kitchenware) - Washer with drying rack (So nice to be able to do laundry while traveling) - Excellent Wi-Fi - Excellent communication

- Early check-out at 10.00 (understand it needs to be cleaned for the next guest, but check-in is at 15.00, so 5 hours seems a bit excessive. Host did say if there wasn't another guest booked, a later check-out wouldn't have been a problem) - No air-conditioning or elevator (I was aware before booking, but just a heads up. Though fans were provided and the apartment stayed pretty cool even in 38°/100° temperatures and the stairs were wide and not too steep.) Both of these items are listed in the listing, and the apartment was amazing otherwise! Would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Orvieto!

Pull out beds are never comfortable. We would have preferred being sent to a nearby cafe for breakfast as has been the case in other b and bs in Orvieto, rather than self catering.

The apartment decor is amazing. The host had left a good breakfast The location was right in the centre and very close to all amenities - overlooking a piazza - magical!

It was very very difficult to find the apartments and park as some roads into the walled city of orvieto have restrictions (the road signs were not easy to read) and are one way only. It would havebeen helpful to have some directions once in the walled city

Fantastic!

the size of the apartment and location are excellent, there are besides two bedrooms also a dining area, kitchen, and TV room, also a washing machine, good wifi etc. The kitchen was provided with some essentials for a quick breakfast and a drink in the evening. I felt at home right away. The location is close to the Duomo (5 min walk).

a neighbor in the same building owns a pet that obviously urinates frequently in the common area. the smell is somewhat penetrating when entering the common front porch, but within the apartment nothing can be noticed about it. In the kitchen the coffee cups seemed not to match with the coffee machine; I could not get proper coffee out of it.

We wish we had been informed that we couldn’t reach the property by car and where to park. Would have saved some stress. The staff were great with helping us get to accomm when we advised.

Veramente piacevole. Lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo.

Posizione fantastica. A 5 minuti dal duomo e in pieno centro. E' un'ottima base per visitare tutta la città. Appartamento pulito e comodo. Per la colazione l'appartamento era molto ben attrezzato e rifornito. A tre metri dall'appartamento c'è un piccolo PAM per ogni necessità.

L'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, per cui attenzione se ci sono problemi a fare le scale. Non c'è un buon isolamento acustico per cui si sente il traffico e ce n'è parecchio. Non abbiamo visto un impianto di condizionamento, ma i muri sono talmente grossi che probabilmente non serve.
