Our beautiful house in the middle of Orvieto
Where to start :) First of all the place is even better than the photos. The building is so beautiful with a garden in front of it. The apartment is It is beautifully decorated. If I would like to have my own house in Orvieto, this would be it! The place is well heated. It is a very short walk from the center with many restaurants around it. A very short walking distance to the Cathedral. If you come by car, you need to park in the public parking. From there (if you park on the first floor) first you take the elevator to 2 floors up. Than you take the escalators to the city. When you arrives to the city, the apartment is only 5 minutes walk. The hosts Andrea and Laura are very very kind. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond for helping my friend to prepare a surprise for me. They were very helpful the whole time we were there. It was a pleasure not only to spend time in the apartment but also to meet the hosts. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again. Lots of love!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was easy to get to the apartment host shared few restaurants with us and offered help
The location was in the old city. 5 min walk to the parking lot and to the main center. The property has a fenced yard. It made it easier for us either our fur babies. The amount of space is incredible with pretty velvet furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped too .

Outstanding, spacious accommodations with great amenities in a superb location.
This fabulous property has so much to offer. It is spacious enough for a family, but equally great for just a couple. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are superb, the kitchen well appointed and the garden is adorable. Laura was great at keeping us posted regarding our arrival and had plenty of wonderful local recommendations - Il Malandrino and Dolceamaro especially! It was a lovely short stroll to the center of town or 3-5 minutes to the most amazing sunset view overlooking Porta Romana. Would gladly rebook and stay even longer next time. We strongly recommend staying here.

Great stay in over Orvieto
The apartment was beautiful. We had no problem cooking a couple meals in the kitchen. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. I would not hesitate again to stay here. The host even helped us find parking. We had a wonderful day.

Spacious apartment, and gracious host.
Laura is a wonderful host. We arrived early and she rushed from work to check us in. She gave us a number of recommendations for restaurants. At the end of our stay, her cleaner, Flory, came early with tickets for the minibus and funicular. She walked us to the stop (steps from the apartment) and waited with us so she could tell the driver where we needed to go. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower. The kitchen is a little small, but well equipped and very clean. We used only one out of the five comfortable beds. We had been in Itay for 10 days, and it was so wonderful to take a break from restaurants and have some quiet dinners at "home."
The washing machine is in a tight spot, and it was hard to put in the soap.

Beautiful apartment 10 minutes from the Duomo
The apartment was very spacious. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. Comfy beds. Only about 10 min walk from the Duomo. Quiet location. Great variety of TV, Netflix, movie options which was a nice bonus. The host was very kind and left us a bottle of Orvieto Classico which was a very thoughtful gesture. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive.
