Beautiful small studio that is well equipped and centrally located.

This studio apartment was very clean and they used the space very well. It had Italian charm with beautiful ceilings and floors and some original stone peeking through the walls. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine for clothes. Checking in was easy and fast (you just have to meet the host a few minutes walk away from the property, no problem). The apartment was centrally located with everything close by. There were some street noises but nothing that kept us awake. We would stay again!

Booked for a party of 6 - ended up in 2 apartments on opposite sides of town. Misleading listing

Apartment was simple and basic but lacked character. Long trek from key pick up building to our apartment - not made clear on the listing. Key pick up instructions gave wrong building number - reception building was actually on other side of the street

Enjoyed our stay & I would recommend!

Spacious, rooms were large, could walk to shops & restaurants. Allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could spend more time in the town. Staff was very friendly & accommodating.

Pay parking was a bit far.

Great spot to stay in Orvieto - would definitely definitely recommend!

we loved our stay in Orvieto! We felt the apartment was great and had everything we needed. Definitely a bonus to have the washing machine.

A small issue while trying to use the washing machine. We followed the provided instructions and used the rapido setting, but half-way through the cycle the service button popped on and it stopped running the cycle and wouldn’t open. After restarting the washer, it seemed to work again.

location was great, property was very cute and gave us what we needed. Luis was so friendly and helpful it made it even more pleasant

Mauvais souvenir. Appartement confortable. Accueil à modifier.

Une galère pour aller récupérer les clés au centre de la ville qui est très compliquée pour circuler en voiture, sans possibilité de stationner à proximité. Puis ressortir et garer la voiture dans un parking au pied de la citadelle, prendre des escaliers puis un ascenseur puis des escalateurs (dont un en panne) puis des rues en pente avec nos valises. Près de 2 heures au total pour entrer dans l'appartement. C'est inacceptable. Une boite à clés devant le logement aurait été préférable, comme partout. Mauvaise expérience.

Ottimo monolocale Anzi mini appartamento con tutti i confort e gli elettrodomestici disponibili, una bella struttura Centrale a pochi passi dal Duomo, molto accogliente. Personale disponibile alla risoluzione di un nostro piccolo problema. Siamo stati benissimo.
