Beautiful , comfortable property in prime location for two adults and two teenagers

Unfortunately, you can hear everything going on around you at night including garbage trucks. Bring your ear plugs.

Excellent apartment in Orvieto

The apartment was spacious and just a stone's throw away from the stores. It is in the original part of Orvieto, and is located on the hill. It is right next to one of many restaurants. Small extra touches like international plug adapters and a few food items were provided. The host was very friendly and easily reachable.

The beds were a bit stiff/hard. The heating of the apartment automatically switches off prematurely and the airconditioner also; however, the apartment is still much warmer and cosier inside than outside.

If you’re going to Orvieto this is the place. There are stairs but she and her brother will help with the luggage.

Delightful & comfortable stay in a lovely historic area of town with easy access to cultural sites

Breakfast was good- accommodation made for lactose intolerance - very appreciated

There was an odour at the front entrance near washrooms that was unpleasant- perhaps sewage smells from street getting through

Beautiful property but be aware of the late 3pm check in

Beautiful property and large living space. Simply beautiful.

We arrived at 12:30 and tried to contact the property owner to enter earl or leave our luggage so we could walk around the city. Zero replies for a couple of hours. It was awful. Finally I was able to pay a nearby hotel 20Euros to store our bags until our 3pm check in which ended up being 3:15pm.

Great apartment in the heart of the city!

Great location, right in centre of the old city. Two large bedrooms with very high ceilings. Good A/C in both bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms.

Living space was a bit small and felt more like hallway. Sofa in this room was not comfortable. Very minor comments, generally everything was great!

Wonderful stay, 100% recommend

Super clean, beautifully appointed and renovated flat in the heart of Orvieto's historic center. AC worked great, beds were comfy and the host met us and had even arranged a lovely collection of breakfast treats and a bottle of wine. Would absolutely love to stay again. Host also was super responsive and advised for local things including laundry.

Nonostante un paio d’inconvenienti siamo rimaste tutte molto soddisfatte.

La colazione l’ho trovata essenziale ma a dire la verità credevo di non trovare niente quindi…la posizione è perfetta sia per il parcheggio che per arrivare sul corso principale.

Abbiamo trovato le stoviglie sporche quindi suggerirei di fare più attenzione a quelle, poi non funzionava il termosifone di una stanza e solo con lo split non abbiamo sopperito al problema.

Een fijn appartement op een goede locatie.

De locatie van het appartement en de badkamer. Er waren 2 toiletten.

Het matras was wat zacht. Dat we niet wat eerder konden inchecken. Er was een parkeergarage op 5 minuten afstand, dit hadden we graag bij het boeken willen weten.
