A holiday of a dream - we really enjoyed!

The location is just perfect. There’s a garage for car. The apartment is clean, beautiful and sweet. With all that all the things inside are not cheap - good brands, quality things. The best of the best - is the terrace with a wonderful view. And a perfect hostess (owner) - Valeria - so caring, so helpful and and so wonderful. Thank you Valeria for such a wonderful place to stay!

A lovely base from which to explore Orvieto.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a lovely private garden. The location is close to everything yet very quiet. The host was terrific - friendly and helpful.

Lovely

We loved our stay in Orvieto and this property. It was nice to have patio to chill in the evenings. Place was clean and updated. Enjoyed the flowers in bloom and mature trees in yard.

Would suggest clearer check in instructions and a small refrigerator would be appreciated. It is a very tight turn to pull into the parking area. After the first night we chose to pay to park around the corner. The owner was out of town during our stay but did the best to help us navigate the challenges.

A perfect base for exploring Orvieto

Brilliant location. Within easy walking distace of all main sights, restaurants and shops. Having a very secure parking space in the centre of Orvieto was wonderful. The access route was clearly explained by our host and the location was reached with ease, avoiding the ZTL. Having a smaller hire car made travelling through Orvieto much easier as the streets are quite narrow in places with tight turns. We were met by the cleaning lady who was so helpful in showing us around and explaining how to get to the parking area. The apartment was even better than portrayed in the photographs and is certainly very well equipped. For example, the pictures did not show the lovely view towards the distant hills from the nicely tended garden. The beds were really comfortable with excellent A/C and heating if needed. Getting to the sights is easy, level and takes minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, but we settled on Trattoria dell' Orso (a 2min walk) which was excellent. Staying in this apartment made our stay in Orvieto so much more of an event

Room was a nice size, the bed and bedding was so comfortable! The bathroom is large and clean, loved the terrace with beautiful flowers! The location was perfect to walk everywhere. We absolutely love Orvieto!

Gorgeous stay

Such a beautiful apartment. The host Valeria was lovely and you can see she has put in a lot of effort into making the place feel right at home. The location is perfect, a short 2 minute walk to the main street but in a quiet area.

Great relaxing place in Orvieto

We stayed in the appartement with a private garden ( there are rooms as well, the appartement is not so much more expensive and so much more space plus the garden). We loved it, clean, airco and garden, in the town centre. We stayed for2 nights, it was very relaxing. Totally recomended!

Valeria was the most accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is extremely well located and very well equipped with all you could ever want. Beds were super comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend more highly.

Great place to stay in Orvieto

It was a great location in Orvieto. Perfect for two friends staying there. Easy, direct walking distance from the parking escalators. Really close to one of the main piazzas.

If it's only two guests, you only receive access to one of the bedrooms, unless you pay an additional fee. Be sure to double check or ask for both bedrooms when booking.

L’emplacement le calme et la propreté

Grande difficulté pour y arriver en voiture et le fait de ne pas être accueilli ce qui a entraîné des démarches fastidieuses après des heures de voiture! Et aussi le fait de n’avoir vu personne ! La patronne et son fils étaient patients et aidants au … téléphone mais ça ne remplace pas le contact direct!

Чистые, удобные, уютные апартаменты, прекрасные матрасы на кроватях, что немаловажно для не слишком юных гостей😊, на кухне всё есть из посуды и оборудования, если не хочется ужинать в ресторане. Alloggio super consigliato

Struttura pulitissima, moderna e in pieno centro storico. Il letto è comodissimo e sia stanza che bagno sono molto spaziosi. Il terrazzino è carinissimo, ottimo per rilassarsi un po’ dopo la giornata. Valeria la proprietaria è molto gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Il parcheggio è disponibile in struttura, seppur a pagamento almeno l’auto è custodita e soprattutto una volta parcheggiata, non serve muoverla per girare ad Orvieto in quanto si raggiunge tutto a piedi.

Se trata de un apartamento en planta baja con acceso a un pequeño jardín, muy cuidado y lleno de plantas. El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo. Muy bien dispuesto, renovado y con todo lo necesario.
