We enjoyed our visit and the experience.

This property gave us the true feeling and experience of an authentic Italian house. Also very clean. The proprietor was patient with us.

There were many steep steps.

It was quiet and nice decor. Views of the country side are great from the upstairs balcony

3 flights of stairs was difficult with bags, but that is what you have to do to get a view

Not my favorite stay, but it was only one night

The location was great, however it’s hard to find because the door to enter is in an alcove with a different street name and there are no signs indicating that.

The couches were filthy, I wouldn’t sit on them, it was overall lacking cleanliness and run down.

Very good

Nice house with nice terrace at the last floor, very central, Giuseppe and his son were very kind when they welcomed us and when they let us leave our baggages after checkout to give us the time to do the Orvieto Underground tour. Also, very good value for money!

Ottima posizione

Posizionato nel centro di orvieto, a due passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse e fornito dell'essenziale per un buon soggiorno. Il terrazzino sui tetti col bel tempo deve essere davvero un plus. Ottima l'accoglienza: malgrado avessimo due cani abbiamo pagato solo un piccolo sovraprezzo.

Sarebbe il caso di cambiare o rivestire il divano Una capsula di caffè in omaggio potrebbe essere un bel gesto (una macchinetta così non serve a niente altrimenti)

Soggiorno breve ma piacevole vista la posizione centrale.

Struttura accogliente in pieno centro storico. Terrazza privata raggiungibile dal vano scala che però per motivi di tempo non ho potuto sfruttare al meglio. Ho parcheggiato momentaneamente nella vicina piazza Clementini per potere scaricare le valigie, poi ho portato l'auto al parcheggio Fiera a pagamento per 12 euro al giorno e raggiunto l'appartamento utilizzando le comode scale mobili. Da non sottovalutare il check in anche a tarda ora.

Terrazza su Orvieto

Un appartamento che offre davvero tutto ciò che si può desiderare per un soggiorno a Orvieto. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dal Duomo, ma al tempo stesso inserito in una corte privata che garantisce silenzio e massima privacy. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e dotati di ogni comfort, ma il vero gioiello è la splendida terrazza, da cui si ammira un panorama mozzafiato sull’intera vallata. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile, così come l’ospitalità ricevuta. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più speciale, il proprietario, che ci ha intrattenuto con piacevoli aneddoti su Firenze.

Essendo situato in pieno centro storico, non è possibile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Noi eravamo in moto e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà a sostare sotto l’appartamento. Da segnalare che l’edificio non è dotato di ascensore.

Pulizia davvero scarsa soprattutto nella zona giorno, utensili e stoviglie della cucina molto sporchi e con residui di cibo, letto a molle piuttosto scomodo
