Been in Italy a month. Host is the best I've ever experienced. Arranged for transportation when I couldn't do one more trip on the train. Actually met us and the taxi at the door when we arrived and then walked us to a restaurant!! I'm 69 and have traveled all over. This host is the best ever!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They even reached out via WhatsApp to coordinate our arrival, which made everything effortless. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location could not be better, just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and all the charm Orvieto has to offer. If you are an American or anyone unfamiliar with Orvieto, just book this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

As great as the accomodations and location was, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness surpassed them. Room was great, as was bathroom. Reserved a parking space close to hotel and they allowed us to keep car there past checkout to allow a few more precious hours in this lovely hill top town. Promised to return to Orvieto and this lovely hotel. Louis was the absolute best. If you plan on visiting Orvieto, give this hotel a try. You wont regret it.

Very much enjoyed our stay in Orvieto. Affittacamere Valentina is right in the centre of the old town, close to all. When we arrived, Luis at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect! Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in charming Orvieto. The owner of the inn is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed another night.

I can’t say enough about this property. From the moment I booked the reservation to the day of checkout I found Luis and Valentina to be gracious and warm hosts providing me with all the answers to the many questions I asked. We opted to pay 10 euro/night to park near the apartment which made it easy to get in and out. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed including water, espresso and Coke! We loved the balcony surrounded by beautiful flowers. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Luis greeted us and helped us park and get settled. He was great. The property was a bit difficult to find. GPS isn’t helpful in the old cities. Great dining options and the Duomo is the major attraction. All within easy walks. Not very hilly.

Great location ideal for light travelers. It is a walk up b and b but staff more than happy to help with bags. We stayed at top floor with low ceiling. If possible book for lower floor for better comfort.

The location is perfect value for staying in Orvieto. Friendly service. Clean comfortable rooms. The only thing I didn't understand is that there was no breakfast this time. Last time we stayed there (albeit it was in the summer and there was a full house) there was a wonderful spread of food every morning in the kitchen area. Perhaps it was due to off-season. Plenty of food offerings nearby so it was not an issue.

Louis greeting us warmly on our arrival and was helpful with directions the second time around when we got lost finding the tourist parking lot. That would be our only concern with our stay here, and that was parking. It is not available directly at the hotel, though they do have a private lot nearby for a charge. The tourist parking lot is easily within walking distance of the hotel and only cost 1 euro for 24 hours but it is not well marked and I felt we were somewhat discouraged from using it by not being given good directions when we first checked in. It's a small complaint in the overall visit but for people traveling with a car it's a concern.

We stayed two nights. The first night we were put into an Attic room, which felt vey confined and small due to the sloping ceiling. This room was not as expected by the photos indicated on the website, so this was disappointing. Luckily, after discussion, Management was able to put us in a very nice suite on level 1, which made up for the previous night. If we had the second room for the two nights a top score would have been provided.

What a great place to stay! We have to small children and they had a pack n play set up for us in the room when we got there. Right in the city center. The room is spacious and had a small kitchenette. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They also had a safe parking spot for our car for a small fee. Highly recommend.

A charming hotel in a charming town. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a corkscrew and knife in the room so we could enjoy the local wine and cheese. The main streets of Orvieto are filled with day tourists during the day but mornings and evenings are quieter. Wandering the back streets we soon lost the crowds.
