Great location and a recommended stay in Orvieto.

Location was excellent. Facilities of unit were everything we needed. Bedrooms very spacious. Generally clean and well attended. Giuseppe gave us a great tour on arrival to show the apartment facilities. We had a problem with the washing machine but he organised for us to use the washing machine in another apartment. Thank you Giuseppe 😊

Not a lot of natural light, but this is typical for the older properties in the old town towns of Italy. We weren’t able to open the window blinds to let light in although the blinds were not full blackout so some light filtered through. Noise transferred from unit upstairs during the night.

Historic apartment with kitchenette

Owner was very helpful and welcoming. This apartment had plenty of room. 2 bedrooms, living/ kitchen area, 1 bathroom with shower. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Very historic and interesting. Owner lives upstairs, so was easily available.

Hairdryer broke, but owner was available by text and brought replacement within hours.

Very steep stairs and steps in the property, very low bed, only one pillow each as no extra pillow cases for the pillows in the cupboard, no t towel for drying dishes.

Superb

The apartment is spacious and very quiet, in spite of being right in the centre of Orvieto. There's also a nice terrace. The manager was very responsive and called us beforehand to give us directions with the car.

They offer a baby cot for 5€ per night (my personal opinion as a parent: I dislike when they don't provide it for free, and it's not for the price, but for the feeling of being a less welcomed guest). It's on the first floor with no stairs. Safety issue: there are a few steps in the apartment. If you have a toddler, you constantly have to keep an eye on that.

Beautiful apartment in the center

A very nice apartment located very central, right near a nice restaurant we had a delightful dinner in. Our daughter loved the baby bed with the nice bedding. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very nice and friendly too. We will book this place again for our next Orvieto trip .

Wifi reception could be better, it was only working near the entrance door on my phone.

It's just an apartment rental. There were absolutely no amenities other than a few shampoo packets. No coffee, tea, or breakfast. A bottle of tap water in the refrigerator. No communication at all from the host before my stay.

Clean and Comfortable apartment with 2 big bedrooms and windows. Excellent location, few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants and The Duomo. The owner is friendly and very helpful to answer all the questions. In our next visit to Orvieto, we will stay at Urbevetus again.

Comfortable and cozy apartment. The kitchen has all you need to make coffee, breakfast or other meals. Excellent location, few minutes to restaurants, bars, shops and The Duomo. The owner is friendly and helpful. When we visit Orvieto again, we will stay at Urbevetus.

Good location, limited wifi

Great location just off the main pedestrian street and near the duomo. Comfortable apartment. Parking available in reserved slot in underground parcheggio - 10 minutes walk and down the lift.

You need the parking pass to get into the parcheggio and to get out again - and then have to leave the pass at the cassa - which means walking back, fine if it';s fine but nuisance if it's raining. Wifi only worked in the bedroom not in the sitting area or dining table

ריח חזק של טחב שנובע מנזילה בתקרה שבכניסה לאחד חדרי השינה. לא היה וי.פי!!! למרות שיש פרסום של חיבור וי.פי מצויין. לא היה הסבר לגבי חימום מים במקלחת. אגן המקלחת קטנטן. בתמורה לא חוייבנו על המס (9€) שזה לא פיצוי הולם לתמורה

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Si trova in una bella zona in pieno centro di Orvieto.

Cuscini non molto comodi. Problemi con wifi: il gestore ha provato a sistemare ma dopo un po non ha piu funzionato e non abbiamo insistito visto che saremmo rimasti una sola notte. In bagno c'era la tenda nella doccia. Sarebbe preferibile mettere un box doccia.

Una giornata ad Orvieto

Appartamento ampio, luminoso e molto pulito, in pieno centro storico di Orvieto. Il propietario è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile e, viaggiando in moto, ci ha riservato il garage (a pagamento) a solo 150 mt dall'abitazione. Il giorno successivo, volevamo visitare la città e il proprietario ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento anche dopo l'orario del check out. Assolutamente consigliato. Se seguite il navigatore, fate attenzione perché fa passare per una zona pedonale in cui non è consentito l'accesso ai mezzi.
