This is the cutest apartment with everything you could possibly need including a washer! The host, Beatrice was very sweet. The location is great and there is plenty of shopping and places to eat close by. We love Orvieto and if we get the chance to come back again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Posizione eccellente a due passi dal Corso Cavour ed a 400 mt dal Duomo, camera da letto molto spaziosa, cucina completa di tutto, buon wifi. Molto gentile l'host. Prezzo equo considerati pregi e difetti.
L'appartamento è spazioso ma da "svecchiare".
La pulizia è appena accettabile.
Lo scaldabagno da soli 60 litri è veramente troppo piccolo, specialmente d'inverno. Il bidet incorporato nel water non è il massimo.
L'ingesso nel fabbricato, interamente di proprietà dell'host, andrebbe tenuto pulito e ordinato.
Molto scomoda la mancanza di un ascensore anche se al primo piano si arriva facilmente.
Rumori fino alle 1.30 di notte proveniente dal pub sottostante.

Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato (forse i letti un po bassi, non idonei per persone anziane), fornito di cucina con piano cottura a induzione. Posizione eccezionale, praticamente in pieno centro, 1 minuto a piedi e vivi la splendida Orvieto.
Alzerei un po i letti.

ריח טחב חריף בדירה! אין וי.פי בכלל!! המיקום מרכזי וטוב. יש אבזור בסיסי טוב בדירה, מגבות נקיות ומצעים נקיים. מכונת קפה, כלי מטבח מספקים. קרוב לסופר ולמכולת שכונתית. קרוב מאד למסעדות שכונתיות. בחדר אחד מיטה נוחה וגדולה, בחדר השני המיטה קטנה.
ריח חזק של טחב שנובע מנזילה בתקרה שבכניסה לאחד חדרי השינה. לא היה וי.פי!!! למרות שיש פרסום של חיבור וי.פי מצויין. לא היה הסבר לגבי חימום מים במקלחת. אגן המקלחת קטנטן. בתמורה לא חוייבנו על המס (9€) שזה לא פיצוי הולם לתמורה
