The place is overall nice, clean and cozy.
We only stayed for one day, and the schedule made it a bit difficult. Check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and check-out was at 10:30 a.m., with very little flexibility, even when it came to simply leaving our luggage after check-out.

Gorgeous little room in a nice part of town. Best bed we’ve had in Europe so far in 4 weeks of travel. Large King size and great bedding. Quiet, clean and well appointed with a nice touch of some free minibar items. Great shower! Host was amazing and very accomodating. Assisted in finding us a driver to take us to the train station at 5am following a train cancellation.

The central location in Orvieto is excellent and it was easy to just walk around the town to all the major sights. Luis was fabulous to deal with and gave many helpful suggestions on where to visit. Very accommodating staff.
Driving through the narrow streets to get to the parking near the property and getting a bit lost. But that's expected and it wasn't too bad. It was great to be able to reserve the parking spot near the place.
