The staff was exceptional! They sent precise and easy directions to find their location. We had a car and they escorted us to the parking garage which wasn't very far. They always were available to answer questions or provide info. The location of the B&B was perfect for walking around the city. The facility was clean and comfortable and even had a terrace. Breakfast was extra cost but plentiful. I would staff again when visiting Orvieto!
Unfortunately had to climb stairs with luggage as our room was on the 2nd floor.

Concierge was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were spacious and it was clean.
Advertised washer and dryer in both our rooms but there wasnt either. No extra towels or kleenex or soaps. Wifi didnt work 90% of the time. No microwave. Not even coffee supplies.
