All in all, it was very good and an excellent value.

Every looked clean, new and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and queen size. The room was not large but more than adequate.

Everything is close

Creaky beds, unmaintained, outdated, in the picture looks very good. We asked for extra towels and immediately encountered a response of: Is what we have not enough? Another thing is not to get to the area with a large vehicle. You can't get around there.

The location is right in the center of historic area but it is quite. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. The room is lovely, bright, and very clean.

The room works well but is a bit small. The pillows are a bit flat.

Lovely, quiet stay close to all Orvieto has to offer.

Lovely, comfortable property on quiet street close to all Orvieto has to offer. We had room with full kitchen, living area and king bedroom. Nice space to relax after a full day of exploring. Optional breakfast is generous. Staff is very engaging and helpful - definitely the best feature of this stay! We hope to return!

On our next visit to Orvieto, I will certainly consider staying at Casa Vera!

Case Vera is a charming boutique B&B in the heart of Orvieto. It was close to the Duomo, the main road and all the amazing viewpoints. The room and bed were comfortable and the bathroom was larger than most other places. Access from the street was easy but the stairs might be a bit much if you had mobility issues. Rita and staff did everything to make our stay a good one. Including some terrific meal recommendations. The breakfast was terrific value and I was certainly fuelled up for a day of exploring!

It’s difficult to complain about a 700 year old building that has been renovated for a modern hotel. Realizing that space is limited, I feel they did the best they could.

We like everything about this accommodation! Rita welcomed us when we arrived for check in and she is very friendly! The room is very clean and comfortable. The room is also central location in the town so we could easily walk to everywhere. We will come back again for sure.

Lots of charm and great location in the centre of Orvieto.

Very specious room right in the middle of Orvieto. Clean and comfortable. We were there during a heatwave and the air-conditioning was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and recommended excellent restaurants and activities whilst we were there. Easy to get to by train and didn't need a car. Breakfast was an additional cost but good value.

Very pleasant stay

The room contained everything we needed. It smelled nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was convenient and very clean. The staff was great and really helpful. They gave us a map of the town along with recommandations of things to do. Breakfast was very tasty! They also offered to keep our luggage after our checkout until we left by train, which was really nice of them.

Wow. We arrived late and the hosts help us with parking the car and our bags. Above a beautiful restaurant which we purchased a bottle of prosecco to enjoy in the room. Charming apartment with a terrace, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, high pressure shower, nothing bad to say. Hosts very timely on communication and making our short stay lovely. Would love to stay longer in this pretty town. Definitely recommend.

I loved everything!! First, the way I was received by Rita!! She’s a perfect host and knows the art of hospitality!!! The room was a delight! Well decorated, comfortable and loved the amenities Second, the breakfast was delicious!!! And the dinner at Cantina Vera was superb!!!!! Congratulations to all involved in this project!! - The location is perfectly in the city centre, just a couple of minutes away from the Duomo. - You can get to there by car and it’s also possible to get a parking space in a garage. - The room was cozy, situated in a historical building. - The host was great.

I love Orvieto and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect close to everything, the owner was very charming and staff also. I enjoyed my time. Orvieto is built on caves very unique and this also applied to the accomodation the restaurant is also amazing. I stayed in the studio which was quaint and had its own balcony, I was able to prepare my own food in the kitchenette and enjoy on the private balcony, superb. Small but perfect.

Very good location in the city and the owner had thought of everything - numbers for workshops, museums, taxis, as well as city map. Very secure parking in the garage (aprox. 200m away and additional cost of 8€ per day)

We had a great time in Orvieto. It is beautiful. Casa Vera is a lovely place just not as advertised.

Concierge was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were spacious and it was clean.

Advertised washer and dryer in both our rooms but there wasnt either. No extra towels or kleenex or soaps. Wifi didnt work 90% of the time. No microwave. Not even coffee supplies.
