Central location, parking, super clean, AC. Erik is incredible- he gave we a ton of very helpful advice, but only about Orvieto but other areas I travelled to. Always available and always ready to help!!

Erik runs a great city hotel here. Erik was away but he gave us a lot of information on WhatsApp and his mother met us and also explained everything. Secure parking, excellent location (right in the city centre) and great value for money. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

The location was fantastic, a walk away from the piazza. Erik was very helpful and responsive.
The room was clean and the facilities were generally good. The location is fantastic, close to everything. However, there were a few downsides. The parking situation was a bit unclear. At first glance, it appeared that parking was included with the room, but we were later informed there was an additional charge, which was only mentioned in the room policy section. The room also felt quite damp and while we expected some noise, it was noticeably loud due to poor sound insulation, outside noises echoed into the room quite a bit.
