La posizione comodissima, in pochi minuti sei in centro città, la pulizia della camera, il giardinetto, il parcheggio abbastanza vicino, il restauro delle stanze e soprattutto la gentilezza del proprietario.
Bisogna ricordarsi che Orvieto è una città antica: le strade sono strette e bisogna far manovra per entrare nel parcheggio. Per raggiungere la camera ci sono le scale, brevi, ma ripide.

The location was fantastic, a walk away from the piazza. Erik was very helpful and responsive.
The room was clean and the facilities were generally good. The location is fantastic, close to everything. However, there were a few downsides. The parking situation was a bit unclear. At first glance, it appeared that parking was included with the room, but we were later informed there was an additional charge, which was only mentioned in the room policy section. The room also felt quite damp and while we expected some noise, it was noticeably loud due to poor sound insulation, outside noises echoed into the room quite a bit.
