The location is convenient, but very hard to find. The room we stayed in is actually a cute apartment, with refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. The owner provided onsite parking for a small fee so we didn't have to park far below.She didn't tell us how to turn the heat on and was delayed in turning it on both days.

Simply fantastic! The best place in Orvieto; no question about it. Francesca and her family treated us like family and made this the most memorable moment of our weeks-long stay in Italy. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to go back to Italy just to spend time in this spectacular accommodation and destination. You won't regret it.

Our host Francesca is a sweetheart. The B&B is cute and located perfectly. The parking is near and free (Francesca parked our car!) Kitchen for tea or breakfast coffee very nice perk. Did not use the washer. Our only drawback was returning to the property from a sunday day trip when they closed off the access streets.

This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). The WiFi works well (in the back half of the apartment) and even though it is not air conditioned, even during the warmer temps we experienced, the apartment never felt overly warm. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelangeli B&B. Francesca and her husband were the best hosts that we had on our trip to Italy. They were friendly, funny, provided lots of information on Orvieto. We had rented two cars and she only thought it was one but was happy to sacrifice their parking spot for our second car. Since the town of Orvieto is so small, the location is walking distance from the center. The apartment was beautiful and everything was clean. The apartment truly did feel like home! Keep a few things in mind when booking this apartment. There is no air conditioning and the Wifi is very slow when not on the top floor because the floors are very thick. Overall, we would definitely return to Michelangeli B&B if we ever came back to Orvieto!

One night stand close to apartment we rented for two months. Owner of this property knew our landlord and made arrangements to transfer our belongings to the apartment after a wonderful one night stay. We enjoyed the location, setting, layout and furnishings. Breakfast was fine. Be sure to call the owner before your arrival so she can meet you. Her name is Francesca.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood convenient to many restaurants and shops, and is clearly well cared for by the owner Francesca. Francesca was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She gave us a thorough tour and explanation of the apartment and gave some suggestions for local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again myself next time I visit Orvieto!

Lovely, homely accommodation that would be a great base for a couple or young family for a stay. very short walk to the Main Street and Wonderful duomo. Restaurant called Febo is two minutes away. The apartment was great and would stay again. However, there are some things to be aware of ..... If driving arrive during daylight. The place is very difficult to find (our GPS could not locate it) The on-site parking is limited at best .... park elsewhere if possible. The owner parked our car and hit the wall ...She DOES NOT take credit cards (I did not see this anywhere on the web site).They also did not have our reservation for the correct night ... they had us coming in a day later than our reservation.We were usherd out prior to the stated check out time as there were some things they needed to doAll this being said, it was a pleasant place and I would stay there again. It was wonderful to have a full size kitchen along with the sitting area.

Great location just 10 minutes from Duomo and a few minutes to resteraunts and super market. Francesca provided map with recommended places to eat. We bought food and wine at market and used the full kitchen to prepare our dinner and breakfast. Francesca set us on a wine tasting with Lapone vineyards. Our hosts, Piero and Ramona were wonderful. We will stay here again when we return
