シャワーや洗面台、トイレが新しくグレードも高かった。
お部屋の作りもオシャレで、屋根に沿った勾配天井になっており、天井が高く開放感が素晴らしかった。
部屋にソファ付きのバルコニーが付いていて、個人の別荘にいる雰囲気で最高だった。
設備は良かったですが、以下の点で維持管理が気になりました。
1.クーラー 新しい大型のヒートポンプ式で性能は良かったですが、フィルターの掃除が必要ですの表示が付いていた。風邪をひいていたので、埃が気になり消しました。
2.バルコニーのソファはすごくオシャレでしたが、座ると何か虫が刺す感覚がして、離れた後もあちこち刺されて痛かった。
3.シャワーのガラス仕切りの上を跨ぐように鉄の金具があり、バスタオルを干すようになっていましたが、バスタオルを掛ける度に金具がガラスに当たって音がした。いつかは、無造作にバスタオルを引っ張ってガラスを割るお客様が出てくると予想します。

Posizione centrale. Stanza ampia e pulitissima.
Posizione, ampiezza locali, pulizia, bagno ben tenuto, facilità ad accedervi ( presente sul posto una persona gentile che al mattino ci ha consentito di lasciare il bagaglio in attesa che fosse pronta la stanza)

Location was central and handy for amenities. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bathroom was modern and a reasonable size with great water pressure in the shower. There was a generous amount of wardrobe space. The room was cleaned daily.
The balcony was useful; but the cushions on the comfy chairs needed cleaning as did the table which had bird poop on it. The room was quite basic and didn’t have nice touches like toiletries (there was one basic sachet of shower gel and a mini soap). There was a dispute about payment which is still ongoing and the proprietor has not been the easiest person to deal with.
