The landlady - Beatrice I think her name is - is a charming old lady. Meeting her was one of the most enchanting experiences I had during my stay in Italy. Her rooms are situated in an old building that has a very special atmosphere but is equipped with every conveniences you need. My room was spacious and overlooked an ancient piazza. I warmly recommend this lovely little hotel located in the very heart of Orvieto.

Perfect stay and location for the annual festivities in Orvieto which were an unexpected treat. Host very kindly stayed late after we broke down on the way from Bari.
