Location was close to everything Even though we had a private external bathroom, we felt like we had a lot of space. There was a shared kitchen area off of our room, with all the amenities you would need in your travels. Refrigerator, stove, hot water kettle, espresso maker, washing machine, and kitchen table. Wifi was good and USB outlets as well as additional outlet next to each side of bed. The balcony is exactly as shown with an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. That was a nice plus. Returning to the funicular was a 9-10 minute walk downhill if you you don’t want to wait for the minibus. To get to the property, Daniele gave good directions to catch the minibus and you get off first stop at Piazza Corsica.

Very good location in the center of Orvieto.
We didn’t go to the terrace but that should be nice too!
We had to park the car somewhat further away. This is not really a problem but we didn’t expect so. We had a lot of luggage therefore it would have been better to have a parking close by.
