Great location. Roberta was great!

Perfect location to walk everywhere. Spacious, clean bathrooms. Caffe del Corso was great - a few steps away - for early morning cappuccino and pastries. And good pasta! The brothers who own the caffe are friendly and were so helpful when one of our travelers was sick. They secured an ambulance for her.

The lighting in the living area could have been much better. The lamp didn’t work and the lighting was harsh. But everything was clean.

Nice apartment in great location.

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 baths, exactly what we expected. Very comfortable beds, in city center but very quiet at night. Washer in the apartment is very helpful. Host communicates well and responds to all our question quickly. an oasis in lovely Orivetto.

Staying here in Orvieto is a must

Our apartment in Orvieto was absolutely amazing. It was very spacious with all necessities provided. The shower was great and the bed was super comfortable. Roberta met us and ensured that we had all the information required. We were in the perfect location and the cafes and restaurants nearby were first class.

location was great, apt was clean and well stocked, lots of resaturants and cafes close by, host gave lots of info to book side trips and restuarants etc.

The only drawback was the sofa bed was not very comfy but all in all loved our stay

Great choice to stay while in Orvieto!

Roberta was a lovely host! This property is in the heart of old Orvieto with everything you would want within easy walking distance.The pictures posted in the listing are accurate for the property. 2 huge bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms - worked perfectly for our 2 couples for our stay. Roberta was available at any time to us….before our stay and during our stay. We really appreciated her connectedness as it helped make our trip amazing. Great wifi. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have to carry luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. Property and host were outstanding. We loved our time in Orvieto!

Enchanting town, superb apartment, terrific location

The apartment was fabulous! Modern, fully equipped, and in a perfect location in the historic center of town. Lots of shops and restaurants a few steps away. We will stay here again!

The taxi service was hard to reach and didn’t open early enough for us to catch our train. Next time I’ll remember to reserve a taxi the day before leaving!

Excellent location. Very spacious and clean. Clear and polite communication with owners/managers. We booked the apartment very last-minute and they responded in a fast and efficient way. We booked the apartment only for two people but it is really big and it can very comfortably be used for 4-6 people (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a convertible sofa). Extra clean and perfect location.
