excellent location, helpful hostess & very reasonably priced ... but u get exactly what you paid for

very nice hostess who helped us with the very nearby parking, by giving us the spot she purposefully occupied with her own car upon our arrival, then let us switch places. the accommodation itself is very well located, clean & relatively spacious ... but certainly NOT the lap of luxury or height of comfort -- which, i guess, is commensurate with its not lofty price. that said, it was certainly adequate enough for the 1 night we spent there.

the facilities are quite basic , old-school & not modern. if looking for something beyond what's practical & inexpensive, u'd do well to search elsewhere

Stunning apartment, an easy 10

Antonella is simply the best host and her apartment is stunning. Her directions and helpful photos, sent before arrival, made it relatively easy to reach the apartment, which is right in the heart of the city. Even better, Antonella and her husband met us in a nearby square and walked us to the apartment, then allowed me to follow them to a free parking area only 5+ minutes' walk away where she had thoughtfully 'reserved' a space with her own vehicle. Such excellent service! The apartment itself could not be in a better location and it is beautifully decorated with absolutely everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The apartment is very large and spacious ... bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and an entrance hallway ... it really is so homely. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. If you stay here then you really will be delighted ... very highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Orvieto

Antonella was an amazing host going out of her way to help with quick response to your questions. Her property does not lack anything you may need. The apartment is beautifully decorated, lovely large layout it is just perfect for your vacation. The location is near one of the best piazzas with a large paid parking area behind apt very easy to pay parking fees through Easy Park app. I cannot recommend more.

Antonella and her husband picked us up from the train station, because the funicular was broken. This was very helpful and thoughtful. Antonella helped us with our questions and was a wonderful host.

Great apartment with everything what you need during stay. Beautiful apartment. Big bathroom, kitchen enough to be able to cook something, but lets be honest it is Italy! There is also a washing maschine in the apartment and aircondition!

In the morning was difficult to close the windows so it would be dark inside. In small room there is no air conditioning, but with the doors open you can use aircon from living room.

Comfortable Clean Apartment, Friendly Host, Beautiful Town

This apartment was very comfortable and secure. There are two bedrooms, one spacious with a queen bed and the other a bit smaller with two twin beds. The apartment was very clean and had a washing machine and large drying rack, which helped us refresh our limited clothes supply for the rest of the trip. The friendly host, Antonella, was waiting for us when we arrived and provided all the information we needed about the apartment. The location is very good, close walking distance to most of the attractions. When you arrive at Piazza Cahen by funicolare, a bus can take you from there to Piazza della Repubblica where the property is, but it's not that long of a walk either. We walked back to the funicolare when we left Orvieto. To clarify the pictures on Booking.com, the building is the one shown (red awnings at street level and balcony with flowers) but the apartment is not in the front of the building, so you won't be looking out of those front windows. The windows and the door open onto the alley shown through the archway. This was no problem since the apartment was comfortable and the location is great to go out and see Orvieto. I just mention it so other travelers know what to expect. We really liked this apartment and would happily book it again if we ever go back to Orvieto.

I read the reviews before booking this location, but the reality blew them all away. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable, fully-stocked apartment with a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bath, laundry room, and a separate sitting room. Plus our hostess was extremely helpful. Loved it!

Astounding: beautiful Orvieto, lovely apartment!

Everything was perfect, there were small things for us travelers! Everything was clean and comfortable. The dining room is spacious and comfortable (my parents and I had a delightful Christmas dinner there). The mattresses are cozy and we had a very restful stay.

Apartment had everything you could wish for, in a very good location

The parking. We had to park quite a way from the apartment, and transfer our bags to the owners car. But in the morning we had to lug our bags through the streets back to the car. We would have preferred an option to pay for parking much nearer the apartment.

The flat in very center of Orvieto

The apartment in the very center of Orvieto is much better than expected, well renovated, equipped and decorated. We found all necessary things for a comfortable stay, even pasta, rice and snacks. The communication with owner Antonella was super and she even reserved a free parking lot for us and took us from parking place to the apartment, it was a very touching moment when we arrived at the parking place and saw her waiting for us in heavy rain, thank you so much!

L' appartamento è situato in una posizione centrale, ottima per visitare la città senza automobile o mezzi pubblici. L' appartamento è spazioso e ben accessoriato, fornito di tre tv ( anche smart tv ), due condizionatori caldo/freddo. La Signora molto disponibile ad aiutare se servono indicazioni o consigli...trovati anche acqua e merendine in cucina e prodotti da bagno. Tutto molto bene. Consigliato.

Super alloggio ad Orvieto

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito in pieno centro storico. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Ci hanno accompagnato dalla stanza al parcheggio gratuito (200 metri a piedi dalla stanza, ma essendo un percorso pieno di sensi unici era un po' lunghetto e intricato nella "discesa") e poi ci hanno dato nuovamente uno strappo indietro. Se ritorneremo ad Orvieto sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo in questa stanza. Ottima!

Posizione centralissima, ottimi i due ristoranti proprio sotto casa. Parcheggio facile nei dintorni.

Bisogna farsi mandare la posizione esatta una volta che si sta arrivando, con le indicazioni dell’oste, poiche’ googlemaps porta in una via parallela e non in quella giusta
