Excellent location to enjoy everything Orvieto has to offer! Walking distance to all the main sights, shops and restaurants. We loved the attention to detail in the apartment, everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. We extended our stay and will happily return again in the future!

Nothing not to like. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs going up are steep, but this is completely normal for most apartments in Italy!

Quiet, safe haven away from the tourist areas

Very quiet, safe area in Rome away from the tourist areas but close enough to get into the main attractions easily by public transport. Metro, tram and bus - all transport seems to lead to Rome. Loved the newly renovated inside. It is a very old lovely building on the outside. We enjoyed the history of this area. Comfy bed, big bathroom with all we needed. Loved the coffee in the morning from the little communal coffee maker. It took us a little while to get the hang of the locks - but it’s s asn old place and security is important. We enjoyed our dinner at the recommended family restaurant and the fabulous cafe with deserts to die for - great to eat with locals at local prices.

It was all as expected with our bathroom access down a communal hallway. We were glad there were lovely robes provided as we are old (and travel very light) and need to go to the bathroom several times a night. We didn’t bump into anyone.

Central location, comfortable bed, fair price

Very good, central location, two corners from the escalators to the parking. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Very silent street, even if is just 50m from the Corso.

In general the apartment is quite worn, and there is strange smell when you enter. There were/are some foodstuff in the freezer from previous guests. Also there was a lady’s blouse hanging in the wardrobe, probably a previous guest forgot it there. The kitchen LED light was detached. The entrance door of the house (thus not of the apartment) cannot be locked, it is open day and night. Luckily Orvieto is a very safe town, so this is not really a problem, but still.

Nothing A suggestion would be to provide a mattress topper for the bed for those that prefer a softer mattress.

Quattro giorni sono sicuramente pochi per visitare bene la città ma è stato un bel soggiorno
