Great location and great host for a visit to beautiful Orvieto!

The location was great! If you are traveling by car, get directions to the nearby parking lot. We learned the hard way it’s best not to drive in the city! Paolo was very gracious and helpful in getting us to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The owner lived on the premises and she was charmingand helpful . The location was excellent. A well-equipped kitchen.

There was only one window in the whole flat so it was very dark. More lighting might have helped

Perfect location right in the centre of town. Was met by the owner who helped us with our bags and came with us to show us where to park the car on outskirts of town and then catch lift and elevator back to the property. Lovely big property with well equipped kitchen. Loved their attention to detail - even placed a bunch of flowers on the kitchen table. Very homely.

The stairs up to the apartment are rather narrow and steep but to be expected in such a historically old building I only mention this for travelers that may have issues with stairs.

Cute stay in the centre

Right in the centre, in a quiet character filled street. Large apartment. Good communication with owner and easy to check in and out.

Only suggestion would be for a drying rack so that once washing is done there is somewhere to dry it.

A great appartement in the centre

Located in the city center next to all the things you want to visit. The appartement we great for 4 people. And the air-conditioning essential for a nap after the afternoon sun hit.

If you are not an experienced driver it is difficult to get too.

Great location in the middle of the old town, close to restaurants and main squares. The hosts were nice and welcoming. The apartment is very big and we had a comfortable stay. It was a very good value for money

great place in beautiful Orvieto

convenient, EXTREMELY CLEAN, wonderful owners, comfortable bed, Bialetti and espresso grounds for my morning caffe. Owners gave excellent directions to get us in to the property, then great advice on parking overnight for only 1 euro. Allowed us to leave our luggage the next day while we visited Orvieto then pick up from storage on our way out.

Non adatta a due coppie poiché bagno è in camera da letto e chi dorme in soggiorno è ovviamente in difficoltà, inoltre il divano letto in sala cede al centro e si dorme veramente male.

Orvieto per una notte!

Siamo stati una notte presso questo appartamento( Io, mio marito, due bambini e una cagnolina) Siamo stati accolti benissimo, i due proprietari gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili per la nostra gita ad Orvieto ( ad esempio quale parcheggio più comodo e vicino per noi ) Struttura in posizione strategica in centro storico, e a piedi si raggiunge tutto ciò che c'è da visitare!!!! Appartamento pulitissimo, con tutti i confort necessari! Se dovessimo ritornare ad Orvieto sicuramente faremo tappa da loro!
