Calm place next not far from the parking

I liked the charm of the house as well as the facilities and the washing machine. Walkable distance from the lift to the parking and from the center and very calm. Was comfortable for 2 adults with 2 kids. We didn’t meet the owner, they arranged a self check in that went smoothly.

There was some mild on the tiles in the bathtub and no shower curtain, but it seemed overall clean and well kept.

Perfect Stay – Comfortable Home and Amazing Host

The apartment was excellent—well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Catia was an outstanding host, providing clear and helpful information before my arrival and kindly assisting us with transportation when we needed a taxi back from Bagnoregio. Without her help, the return would have been very difficult. Thank you, Catia, for your warm hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect spot to stay in Orvieto

The location was lovely and the washing machine was a huge plus! The layout was comfortable for the 5 of us. We loved the walkability and the quaintness of the apartment. Perfect place to stay.

Great for exploring the city

The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to lovely restaurants and easy to get to from the train station (take the funiculare up to the city,then the minibus line C, then a short walk from bus stop). The furniture was old but charming and the kitchen had everything we needed (even coffee capsules, tea, salt, olive oil etc.). Catia the host was very lovely and had even left some new coloring in books and pencils for the kids.

The apartment was a bit cluttered,also with cleaning stuff (vacuum cleaner behind the bedroom door, broom with a rag behind the bathroom door where we were hanging up the towel). And there were only two hooks for hanging up the towels.

Quiet apartment steps from the action with a great host

Traditionally decorated two bedroom apartment on a quiet street close to all that Orvieto has to offer. The host was very kind, providing us with directions for the parking and promptly met us at the house. Our host put two large waters in the fridge and had coffees and teas ready for our use as well. It is up one flight of stairs (not as issue for us). The kitchen was very well stocked making it easy to self-cater in the evenings. The two twin beds and the availability of a crib is a big win for families. The master bedroom is a nice size for the historic center. I would happily stay here again

Nice place with good owner

Nice house in the old town with everything you need. The owner picked up us from the train station even without asking. We asked him to take us down to the train station when we check out and he was on time with big smile even we did speak Italian but we could feel his kindness. Thanks a lot.

Superb

The host was very accommodative, she was waiting for us at the street in front of the house to ensure we did not get lost and she helped us to find a parking space (cost 12 EUR/day). The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, with coffee, tea, etc. The location is great - very near to the city center. Orvieto is a lovely town!

Exceptional

The host was very nice and accommodative. Replied us immediately and accommodated all our requests. Was waiting for us to ensure we did not get lost between streets and was very helpful with indications for a parking space. The hostel was spotless clean with coffee, tea, water and everything we needed for our baby (kettle, microwave, crib). Very accommodating as well with the check in and check out. If is in their hands they will do their best to help.

Excelente lugar

Está muy bien ubicado, no hay muchas opciones que estén realmente en el centro de Orvieto. De aquí se puede caminar a cualquier restaurante o atracción del pueblo.

Por la descripción del alojamiento, había entendido que había parking en la propiedad. Pero en realidad es el parking del pueblo y hay que pagarlo adicional.

Bella casa nel centro storico⁵

Ubicata nel centro storico di Orvieto, la casa è molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni turistiche (una di queste, la Cava appunto, è proprio lì a due passi). La casa è pulita e va benissimo per famiglie fino a 4 persone. La macchina va lasciata nel parcheggio pubblico comunale, che si trova ai piedi della città vecchia. L'aspetto positivo è che esiste un collegamento con scale mobili che dal parcheggio affiora su in città vecchia, in un punto molto vicino alla casa.

Per quanto ben collegato, il parcheggio è lontano dalla casa. Se si deve recuperare qualcosa dalla macchina, potrebbe non essere immediato. La casa di per sé non ha elementi critici, da segnalare solo la scalinata di accesso all'appartamento, che non ha alternative, e il fatto che sia dotata di un bagno solo, motivo per cui, se si è in 5 o più e si prevede di restarci per qualche giorno, potrebbe risultare un po' scomoda.

Comodità in pieno centro a Orvieto

La posizione è davvero ottima, centralissima e comodissima per girare Orvieto a piedi. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato: letti comodi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.

Unica pecca. Struttura dotata di ventilatori spaziali e potenti che rendono l’ambiente vivibile anche nelle giornate calde. L’unica vera pecca è la mancanza del condizionatore che si fa sentire con le finestre aperte, in quanto entrano le zanzare.

Ottima struttura tradizionale in zona centrale

Appartamento molto centrale rispetto alla zona turistica di orvieto, vicino al pozzo della cava, costruzione tradizionale in tufo quindi molto fresca anche nelle giornate più calde nonostante non ci sia l'aria condizionata.

Servirebbero delle zanzariere per riuscire a sfruttare meglio le finestre che altrimenti abbiamo dovuto tenere chiuse per non fare entrare gli insetti.

Casa in posizione ottimale ma da svecchiare

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, utile il wi-fi, c'è tutto quello che serve.

Casa un po' vecchia e poco curata. Suggerirei almeno facili sistemazioni e piccoli miglioramenti, esempio alcune posate andrebbero cambiate, gli asciugamani sono ormai consunti, il bagno può essere reso più confortevole. Mi fermo qui.

Le bambine erano entusiaste di poter fare il bagno nella vasca, di avere una camera tutta per loro e la possibilità di guardare la tv su un comodissimo divano letto! La casa è Spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario, compresa la cucina. Pulita e ordinata. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni di Orvieto, a pochi passi da un panificio e una bottega ben fornita. Molto Comodo il deposito bagagli.

Alloggio molto spazioso, silenzioso, fresco e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, situato nel cuore di Orvieto, ottima posizione per visitare la città. Consigliatissimo per visite brevi della città

Parcheggio non comodissimo. Noi abbiamo pernottato solo una notte pertanto non avevamo molti bagagli al seguito, il parcheggio è comodo se non si hanno molte valigie, non è vicinissimo all'alloggio, ci sono diverse rampe di scale e un percorso meccanizzato per raggiungerlo. Costo giornaliero parcheggio Euro 12,00
