Beautiful spacious accommodations in the best town in Italy

Very walkable to everything. Super clean and very comfortable . Excellent decor with wood wall decor from the famous michaelangli woodworker I believe. Spacious. Best of all is the very kind host Luigi who meet me on arrival at the funiculaire and also lugged my unfortunately heavy suitcase up The stairs . Very grateful! He also gave excellent orientation to the beautiful town and helped in securing a ticket to the rai Easter concert at the duomo! Thank you so much! Highest recommendations!!!

Great accomodation and even better host. Luigi picked us up from the train station and helped us with the luggage. He was extremely kind and helpful. The room was better than the pictures and had more than what we expected in terms of amenities. The room was a literally a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Orvieto and the Duomo which one needs to see to appreciate. Thank you once again Luigi for your help and warm Italian hospitality.

Cozy Apartment!

Cozy ,quiet and fully equipped apartment with short walking distance to the major attractions and a supermarket. Luigi was very helpful to highlight the main sites to visit and was responsive to our requests ! Will book again !

As the apartment is the 3rd floor it can be a bit tiring after a long day out but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the place !

Great views, comfy apartment

Luigi picked us up & from the car park, carried & dropped off my partners suitcase, to and from the apartment. Extremely thought out apartment with every comfort of home. Really loved our stay here, thanks Luigi !

Exceptional host and wonderful apartment.

I don't often leave reviews, but in this case the host and his apartment was so exceptional and I felt I had to. Luigi's apartment is lovely , very clean, tastefully decorated.and had everything we could have possibly needed. Luigi went above and beyond in so many ways. He picked us up from the funicular and took us to his apartment, carried our heavy case up the 3 flights of stairs and gave us a local map and lots of tips for where to visit and recommended some restaurants too. Orvieto is a beautiful place with stunning views, ( fantastic views from the apartment see photo) Our only regret is that we did not book to stay longer. I would also like to say a special thanks to Luigi for taking the time to take us to Bolsena war cemetery so my husband could pay his respects to his late Uncle. You helped make this a very special memory for us. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality and so enjoyed our stay with you. Hopefully we will come back for longer next time.

Excellent stay!!! Would highly recommend this property if you plan to stay in Orvieto.

Apartment was well located, fresh & clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Host Luigi was a gem! We were in a rental car and he met us at a nearby parking garage; parking included in apartment rental. He transported us to the apartment and picked us up upon departure. He made excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions. He checked in after our first night to insure all was well.

Washing machine wasn’t apparent (stated there was one in booking info). But not did we ask, may have been located outside the apartment. Would be nice to have a binder on how to operate items within apartment. Specifically, we turned off radiator as it was getting too warm but couldn’t restart and it affected the hot water.

Exceptional apartment and hosts.

Immaculate, stylish and very comfortable apartment. Very well equipped. Peaceful location with view of the surrounding countryside yet only a few minutes’ walk from the cathedral. Hosts went out of their way to help us and ensured we made the most of our time in Orvieto. Highly recommended.

Modern charm mixed with old world charm. perfection . The hosts went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met . the attention to the little details and extras were wonderful ♥️♥️♥️ I’ll be back!!

Amazing apartment

Everything! It was a comfortable, stylishly decorated apartment with every amenity you could want including a well stocked kitchen. Luigi was an amazing host who picked us up at the parking garage and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc…very kind and gracious. very quiet and great view too.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Orvieto.

White House is a lovely cosy apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A car parking space is included which is fantastic and Luigi very kindly drove us from the car park to the apartment with our bags. As it’s December the apartment had been decorated with Christmas decorations and candles. Everything was of a high standard from the shower cubicle to the bedding and there were lots of nice finishing touches. At the end of our stay Luigi picked us up once more with our bags and took us back to the car. We really enjoyed our time at White House and would highly recommend this lovely apartment as a base in Orvieto.

Ongoing works to the building exterior meant we were unable to see the view - it would have been nice to know about this before we arrived.

Wonderful one bedroom apartment in Orvieto.

The apartment was bright with windows in every room. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and drying rack. The hosts have clearly spent a lot of time renovating byand equiping it. They also showed us around the unit, informed us about touring Orvieto, and included brochures and the major guidebooks of Italy for our use.

Access to this penthouse requires climbing three flights of stairs, but that is fine for us as the apartment itself was perfect!

Davvero un'esperienza straordinaria.

Luigi è un host eccezionale, uno dei rari host che ancora ti viene ad accogliere e ti descrive la città e ti offre consigli. Sempre disponibile a rispondere in caso di necessità e molto reattivo nei tempi di risposta. Questa accoglienza rende ancora più speciale il viaggio, perché non ti senti un turista qualunque che ritira in autonomia le chiavi inserendo un codice numerico. L'appartamento è una gemma incastonata nella bellissima Orvieto. Ogni volta che ti siedi sul divano noti un piccolo ornamento che prima ti era sfuggito. Appartamento estremamente pulito, ordinato, curato nei dettagli. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Bagno attrezzato di tutto e di più: phon, piastra per i capelli, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, fazzolettini... e altro ancora. Anche la cucina è attrezzatissima: macchina per il caffè Lavazza con diverse cialde a disposizione, tostapane, bollitore, infusi vari... e altro ancora.

Lo stabile è senza ascensore (come molte delle più antiche abitazioni ad Orvieto). Se si hanno problemi o difficoltà nel fare le scale, potrebbe essere un disagio. Ad ogni modo, si tratta di tre rampe di scale, non particolarmente difficili da fare (tranne i primi scalini che sono un po' alti).

Apartamento super aconchegante e bem localizado.

Tudo lindo e muito limpo. O anfitrião foi muito prestativo e o estacionamento ficava próximo do apartamento, mesmo assim, ele foi nos buscar de carro. A cama é confortável e as vistas das janelas eram um charme. A localização também é impecável.

Отличная квартирка (хотя подниматься к ней по крутой лестнице в доме), внутри всё необходимое для проживания, очень приветливый хозяин Луиджи встретил нас возле стоянки, показал место для машины и на своей довёз до дома, а в конце проживания приехал за нами и подвез к стоянке (внутри старого города приезжим ездить нельзя) Центр, рестораны всё рядом (хотя за 2 дня я без гугла ничего бы не нашел - такой городок)
