Wonderful for one night

A very nice stay for one night on NYE. The apartment is better than the photos. Very clean space with everything one needs. Located in the middle of the old town and parking in front of the door was great. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Plenty of hot water and the heat worked well. I would stay here again.

Great location without a quiet night’s rest.

Location was great.

Rushed check in with host. Barking dog close by. Loud street cleaning trucks early in the morning. Shower was not left clean upon arrival.

Central, comfortable, super place to stay

Nina’s house is the closest you will find to the centre of Orvieto, where you can park outside for free. The house has everything needed for cooking and easy to return to during the day if a rest is needed. Giovanni is attentive and helpful as a host. The bed is super comfortable. Highly recommended

Difficult to arrive by car to restricted zone. We had to wait that somebody will pick us up and will give us the key. Apartment is on ground floor so little bit dark but you have your own parking in fr9nt of the door.

Fabulous stay, highly recommend. Spotless, modern, comfortable

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The facilities, kitchen, hob, kettle, full size fridge freezer, cutlery, cooking utensils, classes, mugs, coffee. Absolutely wonderful with a very modern dining table, plenty of room to sit and eat a meal. The bedroom was separated by full book shelves so very private. Full size wardrobes. Lamps, bedside cabinets. Bedding and extra if we needed it. Th bathroom was an enclosed shower with shelving, there was some shampoo and gel, soap etc.. face, hand and bath towels and shelves by the sink for your belongings. It is situated just down the side street of one of the main squares, it has its own private parking. We went in July and travelled to many hotels, b&bs, villas etc.. it was hot outside and this apartment had absolutely wonderful a/c that could be controlled by 2 separate controllers. It was a wonderful stay and I would happily stay there for a full holiday. We will definitely be back as the town is so beautiful and we didn’t get chance to see it fully. Giovanni was an excellent host, very helpful with advice about the town and of course the apartment. We messaged him when we were about to arrive and he met us to direct us where the apartment and parking was. All in all fabulous.

Perfect place for motorcycle travelers in the center of Orvieto.

Amazing location in the middle of Orvieto, close to everything. Great host, who let us park our motorcycles securely on the inner yard. Apartment is modern and clean with everything you need.

A really good choice for a stay in Orvieto

Well listed with immediate access to public transport. Quiet and compact but comfortable. Weather was hot and air conditioning worked well.

A few more cooking utensils would be helpful as we like to cook and eat in.

Ideal for a couple to visit the soghs of Orvieto.

Nina’s Home was a very comfortable and well located place to stay in Orvieto. It is next to Piazza Republica and with easy walking distance to the Duomo and other interesting places and restaurants. I am happy to recommend Nina’s Home to other travellers to Orvieto.

Great value and very spacious.

Large space, 3 areas to sit, parking at the front door. Easy in and out of town. Close to the main part of town. Full kitchen and close to a coffee shop.

Had trouble closing a window once we opened it. We moved the table to block it.

Nice studio in Orvieto’s center

Clean and comfortable. Giovanni offered rides from and back to train station. All appliances are new, bathroom is very modern. I loved that heated drying rack which is so convenient for a small wash.

I wanted to use the stove to cook but Giovanni did not leave instructions to use the Induction stove with miniscule electronic push controls. I was disappointed and hungry. He said he would provide them in the future.

Outstanding apartment in excellent center of town right on large piazza with rare guaranteed parking space in front of the apartment. Dina was a wonderful greeter living a few feet away to answer question. Very modern design with all appliances and some snacks. They have thought of everything you could need as a guest.

Comodo appartmento in ottim aposizione per visitare Orvieto

Posizione centrale con parcheggio comodissimo, proprio davanti all'appartamento. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, anche tisane, latte, acqua e caffè in dotazione.

Purtroppo non c'era il bidet nel bagno, ma comunque è presente un doccino in sostituzione, che si può comodamente utilizzare.

I punti di forza sono la posizione in pieno centro, il posto macchina, il gusto con cui è arredato l' appartamento. Buona la dotazione della cucina e del bagno. I proprietari sono squisiti e ci hanno fornito tutto per la colazione.

Bellissima esperienza, consiglio vivamente una visita a Orvieto .

La posizione, il parcheggio in loco. L’appartamento super confortevole e soprattutto il letto molto comodo ed i cuscini di ottima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Torneremo sicuramente perché Orvieto è una città meravigliosa e merita starci più giorni per apprezzare al massimo le sue bellezze.

Bella casa, dispone di tutto, dall occorrente in cucina, a quello in bagno. Dotata di microonde, ogni comfort in cucina. Disponibile in frigo un piccolo latte, caffè, the, camomilla. Letti e cuscini comodi. Posizione comodissima, con parcheggio incluso. Proprietari gentili disponibili. Carina la posizione su strada, comoda per passeggino e per uscire a piedi. Pulita

Assenza di bidet,ma dotata di doccino. un po' rumorosa di sabato sera se passano ragazzi che fanno baccano, ma cosa tipica dei paesini piccoli quando si sta in centro. Comunque è in una posizione defilata quindi non nel caos delle serate. L ho trovata umida, ma in tutta Orvieto c è questa condizione.

FANTASTICO

Casa molto bella, pulitissima, si trova in pieno centro e si può andare ovunque facendo pochi passi, il parcheggio di fronte l’abitazione è comodissimo. Lo staff è di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Torneremo sicuramente!
