Convenient and beautiful flat in Orvieto

Convenient access with possibility to use the parking in close location. The flatbread everything one needs for a few days in Orvieto and one can easily walk to all the sights without being on one of the main tourist roads. The owners are super nice and very helpful and the flat is nicely renovated.

Ottima posizione non molto distante dalla piazza centrale centro storico Ottima pulizia casa Host gentile.

Letti della seconda camera piccoli e scomodi. Migliorabile qualità biancheria bagno e letto. In bagno mancanza di appoggi per tovaglie e varie. Stoviglie molto differenti tra loro. Termosifoni scrostati e tv molto piccole

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt eine zweckmäßige, preislich günstige Variante

Die Wohnung liegt im ältesten Stadtteil von Orvieto. Sie ist sehr ruhig aber relativ dunkel, im Sommer ist das sicher ein Vorteil. Die Kontaktaufnahme durch die Vermieterin war unkompliziert; sie rief uns während der Anfahrt an und war pünktlich vor Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch die Internetbilder mehr versprechen. Bäcker und Fleischer sind gleich um die Ecke sowie kleine Märkte. DO und SA ist Markt auf dem Piazzo Popolo. Man ist vom Quartier in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Zum Ausladen kan man vor dem Quartier parken, dann mus das Auto auf den Großparkplatz unterhalb der Stadt. Über einen Aufzug oder die Rolltreppen gelangt man wieder in die Oberstadt. Von der Vermieterin erhält man eine Parkkarte, die für die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes nutzbar ist. In der Altstadt selbst sollte man auf das Auto verzichten, die Gassen sind außerrordentlich eng und wenn man sich nicht auskennt, wird es problematisch. In der Stadt kann man einen kleinen roten Bus benutzen, der zu den Hotspots fährt.

Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr ist sehr mangelhaft. Es fehlen ordentliche Teile. Auch die Duschkabine entspricht nicht dem heutigen Standart. Beides sollte dringend verändert wrden.
