Room, bedroom, bathroom and washing machine with large living room with kitchenette. Caminetto with wood stored in a warehouse will close on the terrace. PARKING PRIVATE COVERED, useful also because parking near the old town of Orvieto are few, almost all pay and with narrow alleys reachable. GRANDE TERRACE EXCLUSIVE 32 mq.con table, chairs, wooden rocking chair, separated by walls and hedges. A large pergola provides shade and privacy in the terrace surrounded by walls and hedges with a pound banister.
