The property was very comfortable.

The noise from the property above was extremely loud. It felt like the people were taking in the same room as us. There was a dog that was constantly barking and running around which kept us awake at night and early in the morning.

Great apt., location and hosts

Hosts offered to pick us up at the train station and sourced the bus schedule for us. Room ready early. Lots of dishes for cooking and eating, oil and vinegar available. Large kitchen and bedroom. Super clean and great location to town.

The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-stocked if you would like to prepare some of your own meals. The large bedroom has a comfortable bed, comfy chair for reading, TV and ensuite.

A welcome home for five days

I loved this five-day home. Nice location in an older section of town. Spacious rooms, well outfitted kitchen, roomy bathroom with excellent shower. And the hosts collected me from the stazione when they said they would, and returned me there at the end as my schedule wanted. Friendly, open, helpful people.

I would love to have had a view; but considering all the positives here, I must say that looking from the kitchen window out across distant vineyards (say) was not even an issue.

Perfect Apartment

Amazing place and wonderful host! Guiseppe picked us up at the train station and dropped us at the apartment. He walked us through, showed us how to use the keys and access the wifi, and gave instructions for check out before leaving. He was easy to communicate with via Whatsapp and was overall a great host. The apartment was perfect as well! Super clean, spacious, and well-supplied with kitchen essentials as well. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great- I wish we could have stayed longer!

Our host Giuseppe very generously picked us up from the train station when our train was delayed by an hour. The apartment was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The location was excellent.

Siamo stati accolti in modo fantastico dal prioritario. La struttura ci è piaciuta molto sia per dimensioni, per l'arredamento e per la pulizia. Ideale per le famiglie soprattutto per la presenza dell'unico bagno in camera da letto. Posizione dal centro di Orvieto ottima.

Super nette Hosts...haben uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht.... Küche super ausgestattet..sehr ruhig, super sauber, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. WiFi funktioniert gut

Meraviglioso!

I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è un po' buio, ma a noi ci è piaciuto perchè ci ha permesso di riposare bene. Piacevolmente silenzioso e per chi vive quotidianamente la città è un toccasana. Abbiamo passato un weekend dell'Immacolata fantastico.

L’appartamento è perfettamente ristrutturato, ma trovandosi in un edificio antico la posizione delle finestre rende un poco difficoltosa l’apertura. Di conseguenza è complicato arieggiare le stanze, ma la porta di ingresso, dotata di grate consente di tenerla aperta rimanendo al sicuro in casa
