Outstanding location 5 mins to the Duomo etc. We were met for checkin and had the apartment explained to us. The bedroom is very large. Good aircon throughout. Full kitchen although no microwave. Very secure. The loungeroom is over the adjacent school's basketball court (on a noisy school party night!) but this didn't affect our sleep as the bedroom is on the other side. Would have liked to have some salt, pepper and oil sachets. We'd stay again in lovely Orvieto.

A few sachets of salt, pepper, oil woul be good. And the description says toiletries provided but there was only liquid soap - no shampoo.

Hervorragende Lage, sehr groß und sauber. Das Gästebuch war eine nette Idee. Viel Stauraum in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Sehr netter Kontakt, vielen Dank an Davide und Alessandro!

Keine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl. Außerdem fehlt ein Küchenhandtuch. Am Wochenende ist es sehr laut abends, aber das ist der Preis für die zentrale Lage :-)

Excellent location. Accessible to everything. No.problems with arrival. Very clean. Exactly as described.

While the apartment had all of the essentials, it would have been helpful to have some basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar ... Just some of the things that you need a tiny amount of but don't want to buy an entire container of. There was also no dish towel in the kitchen, only paper towels.

L'appartamento è enorme, camera da letto sopratutto spaziosissima con una poltroncina che ha rubato il mio cuore :-) Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulitissimo e.... ciliegina sulla torta in pieno centro. E' stato facilissimo recuperare le chiavi attraverso il sig. Alessandro che è stato molto gentile nell'illustrarci casa e nel consigliarci posticini dove mangiare. Siamo stati con il mio compagno nella struttura nel periodo natalizio ed ho molto apprezzato l'accortezza di farci trovare alcune decorazioni di Natale per farci sentire l'atmosfera anche in struttura. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei sicuramente :-) Grazie mille :-)
