A good and comfortable location.

It is a simple room with a good double bed (and two twins); the host was exceptional in making sure that I knew where things were and I appreciated his check in with me. The dishes and silverware and bath towels were ample. The location is great.

The window is high up but since I was gone most of the day, it didn’t matter that much.

Wonderful location and friendly host

Wonderful location. Very friendly host who waited for us, saved a free parking spot for us and showed us around Orvieto on the map. Large room, but with basic furniture.

A bit softer beds. Breakfast was only sweets, but that's typical Italian breakfast.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location was perfect for exploring the town and very easy to get to using the public transport. Basic but comfortable with plenty of room.

No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes and bad lighting. No kettle to boil water for a hot drink.

Great location for a night in Orvieto

Simple and spacious at a great price, the location is hard to beat - you are staying right behind the duomo. Great communication from the very friendly hosts with clear instructions to the nearby parking.

Need to pay cash so come prepared. Suggest to book a restaurant as we had difficulty finding a table anywhere on a Friday night.

Locationまあまあ良かったです。 Location is not bad The husband and wife are good people I think although my stay experience is not good.

1.Payment is cash ONLY! Today payment by card is of course. No one would click the policy link to confirm carefully. Cash ONLY should be noticed to customers ahead of time. And the owner did NOT prepare the change! Do they expect customers prepare coins to pay exactly of the bill, or expect the customers not to ask for change? 2.No any explanation on facilities. The owner is in hospital, and his wife can only speak Italian. Maybe this is the reason. 3..The room is cold.I put all the blanket on to keep warm. 4. The breakfast (if you call it is a breakfast) is too simple. Bread and yogurt only. 5. The parking is public, no guarantees and should be lucky enough to find one.

Historic apartment next to Duomo

Very convenient and wonderful hosts. We had everything that we needed although it was just for one night. I will stay again when I come to Orvieto.

great location, but there was much missing in the description on the Booking.com website

for me it was a perfect location on a quiet street steps from the cathedral

nowhere was it stated that payment had to be in cash. I had to go out and find an ATM and pay the fee to withdraw the cash since they didn’t take credit cards. The checkout time was listed as 11:00 on the booking.com site, but at 10:00 am there was a knock at the door wanting to know why we hadn’t left yet. The “breakfast” was a few packaged croissants that had seen better days.

Anna is a wonderfully helpful and very available hostess 💖 Property is centrally located, easy stroll to attractions, bars, groceries and restaurants. DIY breakfast was plentiful with yoghurt, pastries, coffee, tea - and, joyfully, some milk available in the fridge, which is very rare in Italian stays.

Great location with parking

The host met us outside and showed us to the parking space, which is almost directly across from the apartment. We had plenty of heat on a chilly night. There was yogurt and milk in the refrigerator, plus instant coffee and sweet rolls for breakfast. The mattress is quite firm, but we slept very well. It was very quiet at night. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the square in front of the Duomo, then to a market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideaal voor een kort bezoek aan de mooiste kathedraal van Italie (vooral wat de frontgevel betreft!)

Locatie: super (achter de dom, op een rustig plein) Gelijkvloers, qua inrichting en meubilair geen hoogvlieger, maar functioneel. Karig ontbijt, aanwezig bij aankomst, maar met koffie & thee beschikbaar Bagage kon na uitchecken tot bij vertrek uit Orvieto bij de eigenaar in bewaring worden gegeven

Giacomo es El dueño. Súper atento. El parking gratuito era frente al B&B; en pleno centro con lo cual : NOS ESPERO CON SU AUTO ALLI, PARA RESERVARNOS NUESTRO LUGAR. Pura cortesía. Además nos dio un mapa "impreso" de Orvieto y nos marcó los lugares turísticos principales, y tres recomendaciones para cenar. ALGO MAS ? , la ubicación del B&B está detrás de la CATEDRAL: EN LA MISMA MANZANA. GIACOMO mostró ocuparse para agrandarnos y ayudarnos desde wassaps desde el día anterior. Aplausos !!! Que más ? La habitación ambiente general único es GRANDE!

Posizione comoda ma non pienamente soddisfatto.

Posizione molto comoda, praticamente accanto al duomo. Il gestore è stato molto accogliente procurando delle merendine per mia moglie e figlia, entrambe celiache. Presenza di un cucinino, pratico per chi ha voglia di preparare un pasto.

La struttura non aveva il bidet, non è stato possibile pagare con carta (il gestore si è giustificato dicendo che fosse esplicitamente specificato su Booking il pagamento in contanti) nonostante il Pos sia obbligatorio ed in ultimo, pur essendo disponibili parcheggi non a pagamento nelle vicinanze, trovarne uno è praticamente impossibile e quindi bisogna ricorrere a quelli a pagamento.

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo

Un ringraziamento a Giacomo, davvero disponibile e gentile anche nel darci informazioni e suggerimenti per visitare la città. Posizione super in pieno centro proprio dietro il Duomo comodo a piedi per visitare tutta la città. Appartamento monolocale molto grande e completo, arredo un po' datato ma secondo noi era il suo fascino. Parcheggio fronte porta gratuito oppure a 2 passi a pagamento davvero comodo

Piacevolissimo.

Posizione fantastica; tranquillità ma a due passi dal Duomo. Camera spaziosa , accogliente e pulita. Giacomo il proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile.

Per quanto riguarda il bagno la mancanza del bidet e si potrebbe migliorare la colazione .

Ottima posizione e ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario che ci ha spiegato come raggiungere i principali monumenti e attrazioni della città.

Purtroppo abbiamo notato che fosse poco pulita e con mobili vecchi all'interno. Alcune cose da migliorare: Tavoletta del wc rotta e riparata con scotch, box doccia con macchie nere.

Nära till centrum och Domen. Stort rum med fyra sängar. AC ett plus.

Frukost på rummet är väl så där men det var ok. Var tvungen att betala kontant känns inte bra var det svarta pengar undrar man förstås. Om man kommer med tåg måste man åka buss upp på berget där stan och boendet ligger. Linbanan var avstängd tyvärr.

Angolo cottura poco attrezzato. Non è presente un freezer funzionante ed è veramente un angolo cucina poco funzionale. Manca il bidet che per noi italiani è indispensabile.

PERFETTO PER UNA FUGA ROMANTICA AD ORVIETO

Posizione comodissima in pieno centro città, dietro il magnifico Duomo e nei pressi di un grande parcheggio che, se si è fortunati, offre una ventina di posti gratuiti. Si tratta a tutti gli effetti di un monolocale molto spazioso che permetterebbe, volendo, anche di prepararsi in autonomia qualche pasto, dato che è dotato di una piccola cucina.

Il monolocale è un po' buio, essendo ricavato in un edificio storico con piccole finestre alte, ma è l'unico difetto che posso rilevare. In ogni caso la porta a vetri permette di far entrare un po' più di luce.
