A great location in the old town!

The location was the best part of the visit. It was nice having a washing machine. (To dry, hang the clothes & run the fan!) The grocery store (Pam) is a very short walk. Across from the train station, take the funicular up the hill, then catch the A or C bus to city center and it’s a very short walk to the apartment.

Like all properties in Italy we have visited, the bed is hard & the pillows are either flat hard pancakes or hard bags of potatoes so this was the same.

Very hot, apartment is on roof top floor, no aircondition, although there was ventilation the air wasn’t circulating, no mosquito nets, no anti-mosquito-plugs, infrastructure in a bad condition - shower with old rust stains and mould

Perfect self service apartment in heart of Orvieto

Location is perfect - convenient, yet quiet and private. Well equipped kitchen, roomy open living area and washing machine with drying rack a plus.

One really lumpy pillow and lack of toilet paper, but those are minor things!

Maniglia della porta danneggiata già prima dell’arrivo in alloggio, non fissata alla porta. Doccia senza sufficiente pressione e acqua calda. Pulizia del pavimento lacunosa. Condizionatore rumoroso che disturba il riposo.

Posizione centrale, proprio nel cuore di orvieto. Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e dotato di tutte le comodità.

Piccole sciocchezze: telecomando TV non funzionante e non c'era acqua calda. Per una notte nessun problema, per soggiorni più lunghi avrei dovuto segnalarlo al gestore che non ho incontrato perché chiavi lasciate nella.box.

Tohle ubytování na nás "zbylo", na jednu noc posloužilo zcela podle představ.

Výborná lokalita v centru a v krásném (autenticky starém) domě. Ideální pro toho, kdo potřebuje přespat a obdivovat spíše nádherné město, než trávit čas v ubytování. Hledal jsem až týden před cestou a jiné možnosti už nebyly, ale tomto směru ubytování naprosto splnilo očekávání. Skromnější/starší vybavení odpovídá ceně, vše v pořádku a funkční. (Člověk si jen představuje, jaký by z toho mohl být exkluzivní byt).

V přilehlé uličce bohužel dlouho do noci (sobotní večer) hrála hlasitá reprodukovaná hudba, nejde to nijak odstínit. Pokyny ohledně odemčení trezoru s klíčem teprve na místě přede dveřmi, po zatelefonování majiteli. S majitelem jsme si v telefonickém hovoru špatně porozuměli ohledně údajů, které potřebuje pro check-in (to mohlo být mojí chybou), ale nelíbilo se mi, že mne pak WhatsAppem honil k okamžité reakci (nafocení dokladů), což jsem v tom okamžiku (na prohlídce v podzemí) neměl možnost udělat, zatímco jej to činilo stále nervóznějším. Celkově to působilo dojmem: Zaplaťte; když něco potřebujete Vy, dám si načas; když něco potřebuju já, musíte to hned udělat.
