Posizione centrale e comoda: adiacente ad un parcheggio a pagamento, a 1 minuto da piazza del Popolo e 3 da piazza Duomo. Silenziosa, ben arredata e completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici (anche forno a microonde, macchinetta da caffè con dotazione di capsule, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, lava/asciugatrice, phon)
La zona giorno, situata al primo piano, ha anche un grande camino con due grandi poltrone confortevoli e tv LCD. La zona notte, al secondo piano, e' raggiungibile attraverso una scala in legno molto comoda e larga. Nella camera da letto c'è un letto da favola con materasso nuovo, con doppio topper, veramente avvolgente, armadio capiente e sedia a dondololo. Davvero tutto.molto curato nei dettagli. A fianco alla camera da letto c'è il bagno, nuovo, con doccia spaziosa asciugamani profumati e pulitissimi.

La casa e' molto accogliente, calda e nn manca nulla... ed e' tutto come da foto e da descrizione..la cosa che mi e piaciuta di piu e' che si trova a due passi dal centro ed e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con l'utilizzo dei mezzi publici.Siamo stati veramente bene..

It’s an absolute pearl. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but 4 minutes of Duomo, and a parking right around the corner. There is an option with EasyPark app, to pay cheaper for flexible parking all over Orvieto. The house is very comfortably furnished, we lacked nothing. For longer stays there is a complimentary mid stay cleaning. The host is very flexible regarding check in and check out. She also answers all the questions within minutes. The street is very quiet and beautiful. It’s a great place to stay and also to use as a base for visiting surrounding areas.
