Great flat in the historic center of Orvieto

Lovely apartment in the historic center of Orvieto, equipped with everything one needs for a stay of more than a few nights. Two bedrooms, a sofa pullout in a third, big kitchen with a dishwasher and living room. The washing machine in the hallway cupboard can be used too. Friendly and helpful hosts.

A few things were missing that would have been helpful, like scissors, a few pieces of information were missing/not current (thermostat cannot be adjusted by the guest, only remote by the host). This are only all minute details though, the place is great.

Contemporary apartment with view in classic building

Just steps away from the center of town. It’s an elegantly restored classic apartment with spectacular views, a well-equipped kitchen, washer and great AC. Both bathrooms have excellent showers and bidets. As is typical of Orvieto, there are 19 steps up to the front door, then 23 more to the apartment so be prepared. We’ve been coming to Orvieto for 11 years so know the city well. This is one of our faves.

A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended

Great location within easy walking distance of all the attractions in the city. Friendly and helpful host. Great views from the terrace. Beds were the most comfortable we found in all of our stays in Italy. Clean and tidy showers and bathrooms. Pleanty of space for the 4 of us to enjoy. Lots of cutlery, crockery and utensils in the kitchen.

Air conditioners were a little noisy while trying to sleep, but not a big problem.

Good apt, could be great with a couple of changes

The bedrooms were quiet and had good a/c, which made sleeping fine on those summer nights. The kitchen was fully furnished and the showers had good water pressure. Good communication with Valerie

Condo wasnt decorated, no pictures on the wall. Could use a fan in the apartment to move air on summer days, Only A/c in the bedrooms makes it harder to keep the rest of the apt cool in the summer.

Een heerlijk, goed verzorgd en zeer ruim appartement met grote woonkamer, keuken, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers op een prachtige locatie middenin het oude centrum van het erg gezellige Orvieto.

Fijn appartement in Orvieto!

Locatie is super! Ook was vrijwel alles wat we nodig hadden in het appartement aanwezig en was het ruim opgezet.

Het kon echt wel schoner, vooral de slaapkamer en douche. Verder zou een airco in de woonkamer erg helpen, nu bleef het daar erg warm en moesten we overdag de ramen en luiken dichthouden.

Appartamento nuovissimo, centralissimo con una bellissima terrazza. Roberta, la ragazza che ci ha accolto, è stata gentilissima.

Fantastisk stad

Stort och trevlig lägenhet. Två fina sovrum. Det tredje är mer som en skrubb med en bäddsoffa i. Terrassen är fin och har magisk utsikt. Läget är lugnt och bra i slutet av huvudgatan.

Terrassen ligger en våning upp och nås med hjälp av en smal spiraltrappa. Det var väldigt kallt i lägenheten och ekade mycket. Behövs mattor och tavlor för att göra den lite trevligare.

O apartamento é um espetáculo. Tudo muito novo, bonito e clean. Daqueles lugares que dá pena de ir embora e deixam a sensação de não ter aproveitado tudo o que podia. As camas são super confortáveis, a cozinha é totalmente equipada e a vista é maravilhosa. Isto sem falar no terraço no andar superior. Fomos presenteados com esta estadia em Orvieto!

O apartamento é impecável. Roberta nos recebeu com muita atenção, cuidado, presteza e carinho. O apartamento tem tudo e estava extremamente limpo. Há um terraço de uso exclusivo bem agradável e com uma vista linda. A localização é excelente, próximo a vários bares, restaurantes e atrações turísticas importantes da cidade.
