Perfect apartment in Orvieto center

Daniela is really nice and helpful, she picked us up at the sign of ZTL and let us follow her to drive directly to the apartment, afterwards she also kindly lead us to the parking place. She came in the morning to turn on the heater for us arriving in the afternoon. The apartment is very clean, warm and cozy, full equipped kitchen with fridge, bathroom is big, and the location is perfect, close to the center and you could walk around in this old town without any pressure. The heater works very well and you could adjust the temperature.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Orvieto

We had a great stay in Orvieto! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — just a short walk from everything. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The host was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous & Huge Apartment in Old Town Orvieto

This massive apartment in the Old Town of Orvieto was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in there was coffee a big fridge beautiful massive bathroom gorgeous bedroom with air conditioning and very comfortable beds and bedding overall it was one of my most favorite places that I have stayed in Italy. It was absolutely perfection and I wish I could stay there sometime soon again if we're ever in the area we will visit Orvieto again and stay here! Grazie mille!

Great Location, Fantastic Property, Incredible City!

The location and the city were actually the highlight of our trip. This property was super clean, super comfortable and a great location for walking around the 'center city' as well as a 'home base' for a day trip to some wineries. We'd stay here again, even for a long term stay.

Nothing could have been better. The place was outstanding, the best on our 2 month long trip through Europe.

Lovely, clean, large, good value in a great location.

The apartment was immaculate. It was in a great location, and the rooms were large. The furniture in the living space was clean and comfortable. The master bed was firm, but comfortable. A cold bottle of water in the fridge was welcome on the hot June afternoon when we arrived.

The single bed mattress was a little thin. It’s probably suitable for a child, but it was not great for an adult. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in Orvieto! Unit was clean, beautiful and the outside balcony area was just wonderful! Verica and Pierre went above and beyond with helping us get to their unit and helped us find parking as well.

Отличное расположение - прямо в центре города, в паре шагов от собора. В шаговой доступности есть магазин, впрочем, там весь город в шаговой доступности. Парковки нет, въехать лучше не пытаться, можно воспользоваться удобной большой парковкой Parcheggio Orvieto Percorso Meccanizzato. В номере чисто, никаких проблем с техникой и сантехникой.

Диван в гостиной в качестве спального места подходит плохо, скрипит безбожно. Видами из окон квартира также похвастаться не может, но, полагаю, из этого древнего дома и так выжали максимум. На таких узких улочках вида сложно ожидать.

Struttura in pieno centro ad Orvieto, accogliente ( abbiamo soggiornato in 5) . Daniela e Mustafa molto gentili e premurosi; disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare.

Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht, als de buren stil zijn

Centraal gelegen en netjes onderhouden appartement. Alles is voorzien, van toiletartikelen tot een fles water in de ijskast. Wel weinig lichtinval. De ontvangst en communicatie met de host verliepen zeer vlot. De ventilatie is wel een punt van aandacht want er hangt een wat vochtige geur. Grootste nadeel voor ons waren de buren die luide muziek (TV of radio?) speelden tot 2 u ‘s nachts. De muren, vooral in de living waar 2 personen moesten slapen, zijn heel dun waardoor het lawaai makkelijk doordrong en slapen onmogelijk was totdat het stil werd.

Un grand appartement au calme et au centre ville historique

L'appartement est grand, très propre avec une grande salle de bains et une literie très confortable. Le quartier est très calme et proche du centre. Pour la voiture, mieux vaut la garer au parking Campo della Fiera et monter par les ascenseurs, il reste 300m à pied pour être à l'appartement, car le centre historique n'est pas commode en voiture quand on n'est pas habitué. Daniela, la propriétaire, très sympathique, parle français

¡Superó totalmente nuestras expectativas! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos del Duomo. Éramos cinco personas y estuvimos muy cómodos: el departamento es amplio, las camas y almohadas son súper cómodas. Sin duda volveríamos. Además, Daniela fue encantadora y nos ayudó en todo momento.

FINALMENTE UN CHECK OUT ALLE 12:00!

La casa era proprio come nelle foto; dotata di ogni comfort e super attrezzata con i condizionatori nelle stanze e a disposizione degli ospiti bollitore, macchina per il caffè ed anche tè, tisane, zucchero etc. Le camere sono davvero spaziose e il letto comodissimo; anche il bagno era molto grande e bello. Ottima la posizione a due passi dal Duomo. Daniela è stata una super host: cordialissima e molto disponibile, ci ha accompagnato sia all' alloggio per depositare i bagagli sia al parcheggio più vicino per lasciare la macchina. Particolarmente apprezzato il check-out alle 12:00... non è da tutti! Grazie Daniela, ritorneremo volentieri.
