This was the best place I’ve stayed after a month of traveling in Italy! The host was replied immediately to any questions and was incredibly flexible. The place was in the best condition of any: very clean, comfortable beds, luxurious towels, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room (and it actually worked!!), and the kitchen had simple basics for coffee and cooking. Very well appointed and in excellent condition. I wish I could have stayed longer!
Literally nothing. It was located a couple minutes walk from city center, so we could escape crowds but still easily access everything.

The property had recently been refurbished to the highest standard. All amenities available
Located on a very steep hill a long way from carpark. Climbing the hill from your car to the apartment is very trying on your health
