Perfect location, beautiful & thought through design, generous stock of water and breakfast items. Luxurious yet atmospheric feel.

I am not quite sure what it was - the humming noise (may be, from a pump for jacuzzi downstairs?) - every half an hour. We could sleep through it, so it was not loud, just a little disturbing for my partner.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Our kids especially loved the colorful “disco shower” with its changing lights! The host was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We also appreciated the thoughtful breakfast selection, including pastries, fruit juice, coffee, tea, and milk. The location is excellent and made exploring Orvieto very easy. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant. We had a very comfortable stay and everything met our expectations.

Favorite place we stayed in all of Italy. Orvieto was absolutely beautiful., and this place just added to our stay. Such beautiful unique accommodations. Would love to come back at some point.

Too small for its price. The refrigerator was too noisy in-front of the bed.
