Groovy place in the heart of the historic Orvieto

The apartment is situated in a very cool and central part of town where some of the best eating and drinking is found. It had everything and more in terms of creature comforts.

Nice if it is not cold

location, very central.It’s a cozy apartment

It was too noisy, people used to stop chatting even during the night close to the main door of the building, which is close to the apartment door. You can hear people even if they whisper. Also very cold, heaters didn’t work, so after contacting the owner we’ve been suggested to use a small electric fan heater to worm up the place. It worked but wasn’t ideal.

Perfect stay in Orvieto

Beautiful place, well-kept, the host added lots of little touches like some food when I arrived. Location was only about 50 m from the Congressi which was extremely convenient for my work.

Posizione perfetta, host disponibile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerati anche i servizi e le cortesie fornite.

Solo per spunto, boiler dell’acqua calda credo da 30 litri, per cui in caso di 4 ospiti da tenere in considerazione il fatto che l’acqua potrebbe non bastare per una doccia a testa.

Sosta piacevole

La posizione ottima per il centro molto bello di Orvieto. L appartamento molto ben arredato,completo di tutti I servizi ben pulito ,provvisto di tutto per la colazione e per mangiare un boccone se non si vuole uscire al ristorante. Direi una casa completa.

La fonte di riscaldamento non rendeva l ambiente abbastanza caldo per il periodo freddo in cui siamo capitati(21/22/dicembre).

Puliti e funzionale, nel centro storico

Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale e attrezzato. Pulito, arredi in ottimo stato. Posizione ideale per visitare il centro storico di Orvieto, c'è tutto a pochi metri. Parcheggio a pagamento a due passi. Comodo il self check in, proprietario non incontrato ma puntuale e presente tramite whatsapp. In appartamento ci è stato fatto trovare kit di benvenuto, come biscotti, frutta, caffè e tisane varie. Ambiente climatizzato

Poco luminoso, visto il piano stradale. Acqua calda non disponibile per 4 ospiti, bisogna aspettare. Punti però non compromettenti la comodità dell'alloggio

Posizione centralissima, alloggio comodo e funzionale, anche in 4, completo di tutto.

Unico neo, l'acqua calda ha scarsegiato x 4, magari informati avremmo sicuramente gestito meglio.

se proprio vogliamo fare un appunto possiamo suggerire uno scaldabagno + grande .... per 4 persone non era sufficiente per un unico turno di docce...

Stupendo!

Comodissimo il self check-in che ci ha permesso di arrivare quando volevamo. Posizione centralissima. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più.
