Quiet, modern, clean, beautiful, spacious. Lovely sunny terrace.

Only suggestion would be a bit more for the kitchen- a few more drinking glasses, another cutting board. It was really ideal though.

The 3 flight of stairs we needed to climb with our suitcases. Luckily the property manager assisted us when we left by carrying our luggage downstairs.

Fantastic week in a truly amazing town!

The location was spectacular - right at the heart of the town. The restaurants, cafes and shops were absolutely amazing - beautiful produce, fantastic presentation and friendly locals!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the steps up to the apartment - however this is an ancient city and this is to be expected!

A wonderful property and location yet a pity about noisy construction work around the property during our stay.

The property was in a fabulous location, very clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely and comfortable and two bathrooms were a great addition. The location was perfect. The host, Valerie and assistant, Roberta were very cordial and welcoming

My only criticism was the construction taking place adjacent to the apartment and in the downstairs area below. This started on 3 of our 5 days at 7.30 in the morning with much drilling into stone walls and banging with hammers next door.. It meant that we were unable to use our balcony during our stay and this was very disappointing. Valerie called us after I sent her a message and she was very apologetic however I feel it was necessary to inform guests beforehand as this construction work has been happening for many months. It is a beautiful property nonetheless but I feel it important to mention.

Good choice for a stay in Orvieto.

Clean well equipped and comfortable two bedroom apartment. Short walk to the duomo and in the old part of Orvieto. Perfect if you were two couples as there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Quiet and secure. Host easy to deal with, would happily stay again.

From the street level there were quite a few stairs, there is no lift this may bother some guests.

Wonderful property

Very central location, a lovely aspect with great views. The apartment was really nicely decorated and had all mod cons. It was also very spacious. Owner very responsive. I'd definitively go back here, loved it.

Sky high Orvieto

2 bathrooms, one with full-sized bath, other with spacious walk in shower. 2 bedrooms, with large comfy beds. Eating options nearby. Quiet, apart from some building work. Coffee provided. Very clean. TV good. Fridge freezer and cooking facilities. Spacious with attractive views. Patio terrace. Mosquito screens on windows. Washing machine with drying on some programmes. Dishwasher.

60 steps in 3 flights to get to apartment door, especially difficult with luggage, and also quite a climb. No kettle. Sofa not so comfy. Check out 10am, but Roberta came at 9.45 to see if we were ready to leave, she did call taxi for us but nowhere to leave luggage. 2 out of 3 heating units didn't work. Didn't pick up message day before explaining change of arrival time.

no kettle, microwave or baking dishes for the oven, this made self catering a bit difficult. An instruction manual in English for the washing machine would be helpful.

Superb

We arrived here by train and the host helped us get to the accommodation by public transport. The apartment has an amazing location. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms and the bed was amazing. Loved that it has a washer dryer combo which is perfect if you need to wash your clothes efficiently. The roof terrace we really enjoyed. We highly recommend going to the edge of the town during sunset for amazing views! Overall a clean apartment with all the amenities you could desire!

Location. Outside balcony with view. Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, etc.

Major ant problem. A few hours after we arrive a parade of ants made their way from the living area window, across the floor, up the cabinets to the kitchen countertops. The host’s assistant seemed to know this was a potential problem and said he would come by on our 2nd day but he didn’t arrive until well into our 3rd day. Recommend the host leave one or two spray bottles of ant-killer so guests can take care of this themselves. NOTE: Thought it was hot out we elected to use ‘natural’ air-conditioning (breeze, windows open) to save the host money and enjoy the breeze. This contributed to the ant problem.)

very nice place in an amazing town!

Very nicely furnished, comfortable and with a nice view from the terrace, clean and located downtown at the walking distance from every tourist attraction. And the landlady was really nice and helpful also with recommendations as what to visit and where to eat.

with the great location and nice view from the terrace comes the downside of having to park your car at the covered public parking, which is reachable by stairs/escalators and for reasonable price of 12 euros for 24 hours, but you can still come to the apartment by car, unload/load your luggages so there’s no need to drag it around town.

Oltre le aspettative!

Posizione ottima per girare in Orvieto ed visitare i dintorni. L'appartamento è ben organizzato e di recente ristrutturazione. Bella vista sui tetti di Orvieto. Ha due camere del letto e due bagni (di cui uno en suite!). Letti comodi. Armadi (con cassaforte presente all'interno) e cassettiere di buone dimensioni . E' pulito con disponibili lavatrice, prodotti per pulizia e ferro da stiro ed asse ( questi ultimi non sempre presenti in altri appartamenti). L'appartamento rispecchia ampiamente quanto descritto su Booking con qualcosa in più! Come suggerimento un bollitore potrebbe completare un quadro già ottimale. Gentilissime le Host e disponibilissime. Ci hanno lasciato le cialde per il caffè e marmellatine per la prima colazione e due bottiglie di acqua (da due litri) in frigo. Unico neo, se così si può definire, sono le tre rampe di scale per raggiungerlo. Di questo si deve tenere conto in caso di persone con ridotta mobilità per le quali potrebbe risultare di difficile accesso. Per il parcheggio visto che la zona, come segnalatoci dall'Host, permette di sostare solo il tempo necessario per scaricare i bagagli, abbiamo usato il parcheggio coperto Campo della Fiera collegato al centro di Orvieto da ascensori (Ripa dei Medici) e scale mobili la cui uscita è vicina all'appartamento ( si pagano 12 euro al giorno). Occorre prestare attenzione agli orari di apertura e chiusura che per le scale mobili sono dalle 07.00 alle 21.00. Mentre gli ascensori funzionano dalle 05.00 alle 02.00.

Sono presenti tre televisori di ottime dimensioni ( uno nell'open space e due nelle camere dal letto) ma la visione era poco chiara. Ma del resto non si va ad Orvieto per guardare la TV ma per visitare il posto!
