Perfect location in the perfect town. Fabulous accommodation

The location of this apartment is ideal, close enough to all the sites but not right on the main Street so it is very peaceful. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater. and the courtyard is an added bonus to sit and enjoy an Italian glass of wine. This was our second time staying here

The only issue we had is that it seemed the aircon was on a timer. The nights were quite warm so I would wake up hot and have to go down the spiral stairs at night time to turn the aircon on again.

The location is great. It is clean and comfortable and everything is new and good.

The dishwasher causes the electricity getting downtown, which was a problem. Parking was far, but still (after it was shown) was OK. More soap and shampoo can help too. All the rest is good.

Francesco was very welcoming (rescued us from outside the city walls and took us to the property). He also came with us to drop the car in the very reasonable parking (EUR 1 per day) so he could get us there and walk us back. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was exactly as I expected from the photos and location was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

We couldn't work out how to keep the air-conditioning running all night. I was not a huge fan of negotiating the spiral staircase for the 4am comfort break.

Fabulous apartment - Fabulous town

This apartment was so well equipped with everything we could need for our three night stay. Warm and comfortable - we were so happy with our choice of accomodation. Excellent location, excellent apartment. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Orvieto

Апартаменты расположены в историческом центре, что соответствовало ожиданиям на момент бронирования. Были в наличии все заявленные удобства, которые были перечислены на букинге. Есть патио.

1. В апартаментах очень высокая влажность и система кондиционирования и вентиляции не помогла решить эту проблему. Из-за чего вещи были постоянно влажными и было ощущение нежилого помещения. Квартира полностью не проветривается. 2. Крайне не рекомендую ехать до апартаментов на машине. По карте доехать невозможно, нужно планировать маршрут вручную. В городе отсутствуют бесплатные парковки как внутри, так и на окраине. Согласно условиям прописанным на парковках, заявленная на букинге стоимость 1 евро в день доступна только для резидентов. Стоимость парковки для всех остальных 12 евро в день (возможны недельные и месячные абонементы).

Comodidad e inmejorable ubicación

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en Palazzo Urbani, con motivo del Umbria Jazz Winter y ha sido una estupenda experiencia, como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. La ubicación es magnífica, es un apartamento muy amplio y cómodo y Francesco, el anfitrión, hace todo muy fácil.
