The whole complex is new and has excellent potential to become a beautiful agrotourism. . Only problem is that by than it will have a much higher price tag, which will make it less relevant.
Staff is kind and welcoming.
View is beautiful
Location is good for visiting the area.
Breakfast was good.
The bedrooms have a clean generic business hotel look.
The building is beautiful, looks like a newly renovated tradition farm house but the inner design as well as outdoors landscape are nonexistent.
Hotel rooms are bare, just like any clean new hotel room, not a single picture on the wall!!
The staff and reception practice hotel style management rather than boutique farm like vibe which we experienced elsewhere. So no welcome drink. And anything from the bar , even a biscuit has a price tag.
Except for 2 little coffee tables and 2 chairs out by the lobby, there is nothing outdoors.
There are a few trees and 1 rose bush outside, while inside there are some plastic flower, non real.
In short:
This is at least the second season they operate, they have a solid potential, they have been planning to build a pool, but just adding a pool will not make this place great, only expensive.
The concept of a tiny cold buisness hotel is just missing the point!!
And cooking a hard boiled egg at breakfast shouldn't takes half an hour :(
There are numerous beautiful excellent agrotourism places , with a little effort this could become one.

Mooie, relatief nieuwe agriturismo, prachtig gelegen vlakbij Cività di Bagnoregio en 20 minuten van Orvieto. Het gebouw is prachtig gerestaureerd met mooie details, de kamer en badkamer zijn comfortabel, schoon en mooie mix van modern met traditionele details. Ontvangst door Pamela en informatie die ze deelt via whatsapp zijn top. Wij moesten vroeg vertrekken en ze regelde dat er al een ontbijt voor ons klaar stond buiten de normale tijden om. Het geheel straalt rust uit. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de wellness ruimte.
We hadden wat moeite de locatie te vinden, er staan geen bordjes (of we hebben ze gemist). Adresgegevens op Booking in navigatiesysteem sturen je een totaal verkeerde kant op. Bedden schuiven op de gladde vloer.
