It was nice to not be in a busy city but rather in the country, on the hillside with a beautiful view of the medieval walled mountain-top town of Orvieto. No parking worries or anything. It is also, conveniently, within easy reach of Bagnoregio. So location was great.
The apartment had a unique cachet with arched ceilings and was very comfortable with warmed floor and nice furniture. There were several nice touches ...coffee capsules, soaps, etc.
It was a perfect location for two couples touring by car.

The view from the apartment over Orvieto was fantastic. We were on a roadtrip and the property was easily accessible with plenty of space to park directly outside. Facilities and accommodation were good: we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 4 people.
There was a bit of a funny smell in the laundry room area - perhaps connected to the heating system? There were lots of strong smelling fragrance diffusers around the place designed to cover this up.

The view from this place is absolutely enchanting!
The terrace overlooks Orvieto nestled among the hills — especially magical in the morning, when the sun rises behind the hill and bathes the city in golden light. It truly feels like something out of a fairytale.
The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and it’s furnished with some lovely, character-filled pieces.
However, since the terrace faces the road, it can get a bit noisy at times. The biggest downside for us was cleanliness — the bathroom and especially the wardrobes weren’t properly cleaned, and the bathroom overall feels a bit outdated. Having an extra blanket for the second bed would’ve been much appreciated, as it was already getting chilly.

Le camere da letto non avevano finestre ma finestroni in alto e per entrare in una delle camere da letto si deve entrare dalla cucina .

Tavoletta del wc bruciata
Si parla di un terrazzo con vista su Otvieto ma in realtà è un marciapiede.
Gentili i proprietari ci hanno concesso di restare un paio di ore in più
